It was a drop off location only, at a gas station. The gentleman behind the counter at the gas station tried to help but did not communicate too well, but well enough to tell me to check out online and where to drop key off after I did so.
Victor ZThe location was great, and the attendant did very well to help with a very bad situation with U-Haul. The lock and the code did not work the attendant notified the general manager of the area for you all who basically did not do a lot, the manager kept working, and eventually was able to get it resolved.
Lou GI paid extra for doley, and didn't get one. Called guy at the store and he said he would adjust charge when I returned van. I actually returned van 7 hours early because the smell as so foul on the inside and extremely dirty, I didn't want Mt furniture and clothes to absorb that stench in van. I moved my larger pieces and that's all I could tolerate!! The man I rented van from was not at the store, to explain the return and adjust my charges for the dolly...man who was there was clueless and couldn't reach the original guy... Way below U haul standards!

Katrina GIncorrect address was given to me. The actual location was half a mile up the road. We got the uhaul 25 minutes late because of this. It was the most frustrating experience.

Angel FHave a procedure if too much gas back in. I was told just over half a tank but put in to 3/4 tank. Don't know if I got that back
