I feel like I was over charged! I rented the smallest truck 19.99. Only cost 10 dollars to fill the truck back up when I was done. Returned the truck an hour before my drop off time, yet my total came out to damn near 90?KIM P.

I was charged twice. I asked what would happen if I was 30 minutes or an hour over and I was told it would not matter. If I knew I would be charged for a whole rental for being late I would have chosen more time at the beginning. Instead I went with the suggested 6 hours, but it took me 6 1/2 hours. And for 30 minutes I was charged for a second rental. A very poor way of doing business.Lee M.

There was no person to receive the truck. I went to three different branches to drop off, they were close due to Saturday, no one answered the phone, had to drive around 30 extra miles between location to another for a drop off, finally I dropped the keys in the box with no observation from any Uhaul representative! it was a horrible experienceARYAN M.
