Well first place didn't even open in the morning where I had a reservation for a truck but from main office person helped to get the truck from other place. Please other customer had 9:00 in the morning for a truck but never showed up until 10:30, I call main office for help.

I needed to change my reservation from one way to local. They don’t have a phone number to do that. They still charged me the one way rate. The first 30 miles were supposed to be free. They charged me all the miles. 49. Round trip is about 34-35 miles if that they charged me 49 miles. Also I needed to return the truck Monday and they charged me for Tuesday when they don’t even have a phone # to reach anyone in the office. It’s like a fax number or something so it just starts making dial up sound after a ring or two.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I RENT A U-HAUL TRUCK. I WENT TO PICK UP THE TRUCK ON MONDAY AROUND 12;30 PM. i ASKED THE GUY, IF I RETURNED TOMORROW AT THE SAME TIME IS CONSIDERED ONE DAY, HE SAID TO ME YES. AT THE TIME I RETURNED THE VEHICLE. I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS,NO ONE. SO THAT PISS ME UP,BECAUSE I ASKED HIM. HE SHOULD'VE TOLD ME NO IT;S ON A DAILY BASIS. THAT'S WHY I SAID FIRST AND LAST TIME I MAKE BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS.
