The person working there knew nothing of the UHAUL drop box.
Anjanette BI did not select this location. U-Haul sent me there because that was the only location with a 26 ft truck. It was just a gas station. When I arrived, the owner wasn't there, so the cashier told me I had to check in online, or wait for the owner to get there. He also told me that they did not have the dolly, or furniture pads I ordered! Once I returned the truck, it was the same thing. I spoke with another cashier who knew nothing about the U-hauls. I couldn't even get a receipt. He told me I would have to wait till Monday to get it. It took over a WEEK for the owner of this location to check in my truck and get a receipt and that was after 2 phone calls to U-haul. Do NOT pick up at, or use this location!! I am 52 years old and have move numerous times in my life using U-Haul. This was the worst experience! Again, do not pick up at, or use this location!
Christopher HNo one knows what's going on and after dropping my vehicle off 1 day early, then in 2 days I was getting emails from the recovery department saying I had not returned the truck, this is very poor service on your part and if you would fix your website these problem's would not be happening.
Michael CThe reservation was made 10 days ahead for another pickup site. Uhaul changed the site. No one available at the site to do the truck rental. Uhaul company staff contacted to resolve the issue were practically worthless. I will never rent a Uhaul truck in the future.
John LEverything went well. No problems with truck and I got to remove my stuff from storage! I will definitely use them again.
Joan LGiven to me with no gas, had to inflate one tire and they're trying to get more money from me after saying 80 wasn't enough they take 100 now they want 170? Not how that's going to work. Scam is all this place was. Don't send someone unfamiliar with scams like I did.

Robert HThe location itself was not bad. I had a guaranteed truck at a different location and when I showed up there was not a truck available. I had to spend time on the phone for an agent to locate a truck and redirect me to this location. I lost over an hour of my time because my guaranteed truck was not available in original lication
Brent HPerson who runs Uhaul service does not seem to ever work there. The gas station worker had no idea how to handle Uhaul returns. The truck was returned on time and UHaul sent me an email over a week later saying the truck hadn't been returned. The truck had sat in the drop off address parking lot for over a week with nobody noticing because the owner doesn't keep up with checking in returns. This was a very stressful and poor experience. Will probably not use Uhaul again after this and will stick to Budget or Penske.
TIMOTHY FHad appointment, owner /rep not on site, took 45 minutes to reach by phone. Employee spoke with rep, they would not allow me to speak with rep. Contract sent by phone, Did not have all equipment, did not attempt to get equipment, did credit my account however left me searching for the equipment I had reserved and paid for. This whole process cost me and additional 2 hours of labor from the movers at $140 per hour. Y'all need to drop this location as a contractor. Customer service sucks!!!!!!

Loraine HI was owed money back from my rental, because I didn't use as many miles. I still have it received my refund to my checking account.
Sidney KThe uhaul was filthy. Filled with dirt leaves and dog hair. We had to sweep it out before we could begin loading. I called to try and keep the truck longer and was on hold for hours and getting transferred multiple times to the wrong person. Picking up took over 40 minutes and we picked a place right by our house and didn't find out till the day before we had to pick up a lot farther down the road at a different location.
Justin MWhen I dropped off the trailer the gas station attendant took my original paperwork and receipt. He told me I'd get an email to confirm the return when the "U-haul" guy came to the store. I went back two days later asking for a copy of my receipt for business purposes and was told again that I'd get a phone call and an email. 9 days later I received an email from corporate saying I hadn't returned the trailer AND I still hadn't heard from the store. After sending an email and calling corporate I finally received an email saying the trailer had been returned but still no receipt of my original bill!!! Never dropping off at that location again!!!

Sharon HI have already called and logged a complaint. The location did not provide us any paperwork for the truck, noted the starting mileage off by 20 miles (we took a picture of the odometer), the truck smelled horrible, and was unsafe to drive due to loose steering. Worst experience ever.
