The location was in the town we were moving to so the day before the move I went to the facility and met since I would be dropping off after hours the people there were very friendly and helpful

I explained to them I needed to move appliances including a refrigerator. I reserved a 15ft. When I arrived they only had a 10ft and a 20ft. I didn't have much to move but had to go 150 miles so I told them the 10ft would be sufficient. They never explained that a refrigerator could not stand up straight in a 10ft. I was forced to haul my refrigerator laying down. I believe your vendors should know their equipment and be informed do they can better serve their customers.

The drive was terrible, I'm 6 month pregnant and the truck shock so bad it made me sick to my stomach. The change oil light came on before we even reached half way. The truck wouldnt go faster then 65. My experience with this truck was terrible.

The equipment was clean. Just minor damage that didn't interfere with what I needed it for.

When checking the electrical system, we found that there was a short in the wiring. The owner worked very hard to get it to work for me. My only comment is this should be checked prior to a customer coming in for the unit.
