Great place to drop off your truck

Deirdre CI was dropping the trailer off late, near 10:00 p.m., and as I was pulling in, right after their parking lot was full of fire trucks and police cars from a rescue across the street, the most helpful gentleman in the entire world came out and showed me where he wanted me to put the trailer, and standing outside of my window, was giving me specific directions and instructions in even turning the steering wheel to put the trailer exactly where it needed to go. He helped me to remove it from the hitch since there's no way I could have done it myself, he was an amazing, helpful person, and the online rental was also wonderful.
BRAD Hthere was noone at the location when we dropped it off. they did answer the phone but we were unsure if they would know we dropped it off.
Shane JLocation is poorly lit in a sketchy part of town, there are no lights surrounding it and it was difficult to recogize this was even a uhaul location
Veronica AIt has no lights in the country and a house beside it you wouldn't know that is a U-Haul place in a small little building.
JASMIN LThey closed early so I had to do a after hours pick up. I never did that before so it took a little bit longer to get the truck.
Keith KOperator was fine to do business with, however the trailer we rented was a terrible experience. The driver, my husband, has years of experience in towing trailers - we own 4 of them. The rental trailer constantly fish-tailed, leaving us with an extremely stressful day of driving. It was definitely a safety issue.

KENNETH AThere was smoke inside the building, and Im severely allergic. He was friendly, but didn't ask if I wanted safe move, just added it on, when I didn't want to purchase that. Remotely easy to pick up. I contacted the customer service number originally and was not given an accurate estimation of cost.

James dThis is not a UHaul-only location, but it is obvious that it is a UHaul pick-up/drop-off location. Owner of the shop was very helpful, but more signage about where to park/drop off keys would be helpful for after-hours drop-off!

Doris WIt was dark and there was no lighting, so i passed it and had to turn around. It was a drop off box, so no contact with any person. If I recommend this location; i'd warn them about it being so dark. I was glad i had someone follow me. It was kinda scary.

daryus sThis location could barely be considered a store front because it is literally ran out of a man's house! This is why U-Haul is laughable at best!
CURTIS MTook me close to 35 minutes to rent a trailer that I booked online. The owner had me alone back up and hookup to the trailer that was in a tight place (luckily I've pulled several trailers). Than when I went into the store his internet was not working properly and froze up several times.

Barry FThe hours posted were from 7am to 7pm. We arrived at 9:30am, and no one was there. I dropped off the equipment and left my key in the drop box. When I passed by there a couple of hours later, the location was still closed and the equipment had not been moved. My credit card shows additional charges from the drop off location, but I have never received an email or phone call to explain the charges.

It's slow, the live rep was impatient and wouldn't give me enough time to answer his questions, cancelled my online registration and told me to come back during business hours. This is while I'm trying to register at 11:30p. It tooke 45min and a call to uhaul to pick up my truck.
Timothy MSmith's bate and tackle shop was the best location I've ever rented from. The gentleman was very helpful and very easy to talk to. He even talked me through the 24/7 pickup if I were to need another uhaul in the future. The truck was in extremely good condition and I had no issues. Merci.
Taylor SI have rented from many U Haul companies but this one is the best one my experience was amazing he was kind and friendly and very helpful I will definitely rent from here and recommend him from this point on.

mikal cWanted 10 Furniture Pads, received 5, and the proprietor said he would update the contract, which I believed and drove off. Upon arrival, left 5 pads, contract said I received 12, so I was charged for 7 pads.

Emily KAsked if I knew how to connect the U-Haul and I said no and decided not to help me. I tried to connect it myself and put a dent in my truck because of it. Finally, the owner helped me connect it, but didn't connect it correctly and so the U-Haul unhitched from my truck while driving. I called and asked him to pick up the U-Haul because I thought it was broken and he refused.
