James LHave dropped off here before but this time app wasn't working had to call customer service to check in. Whole point of this location is to drop and go. Can't do that if app isnt working.

Edward PI was forced to drop the trailer 40 miles from my distention. That is BULLSHIT. I'll buy and seel a trailer before I use un- haul again. This company sucks now and I have used yn-haul more than several times. Terrible corporate doesn't understand the the field. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. don't worry I'll spread the story of my rental every chance I get forever and a day
