Excellent!!! Customer service was great! Very knowledgeable about the service! I will recommend also if I ever need a uhaul again I will go there for sure!!
Marketta UrenaThe owners at the pick up location made my day. Because prior to that it was the worst customer experience of my life and I was over charged to boot! My reservations kept being canceled or trucks were not returned it put me over 2 hours behind schedule and over 15 miles further away each way and cost me extra in miles. Also I spent lots of time on the phone getting transferred back and forth.
Robert MauroThe assistance at pickup was outstanding! Tony was very informative and answered all of our questions. The truck was very clean and the store was welcoming. Very handy to be able to fuel up and grab a snack before getting down to business!

Renella WilcherThe attendant is not familiar with the pick-up protocol. He tried many times but can not make my credit card accepted by the U-Haul system (only 'swipe' reader was seen in the store). I think U-haul may equipped a chip reader for this location

Dale RamirezI had this rental but when we can advance I went to the location that I was to pick up they did not have either one what should’ve been $150 one day rental find it costing me $350 for a one day rental I would not recommend this U-Haul to anyone that walks on this earth

Michele RojasTransfer of pickup location was not handled properly, upon arrival at new location my guaranteed vehicle was not there, nor was any option at that location, they did take the time to accommodate me very close, 5 stars to that location for providing a solution! My pickup location that delivered 5 stars!

Micheal HugginsI called this location and they said they didn’t accept trailer, I tried to chat with Uhaul and they weren’t help either just telling me I had to drop it off at the location that said they didn’t accept trailers… honestly it was horrible I asked the customer rep to call the location and ask them why they said I couldn’t drop off their and he refused…
Elizabeth DyerOn 1/30 i filed a complaint reference #3580046 no one have reached out to me. I was told while picking up my rental after denying insurance because it was a corporate rental by the owner that African and Haitians drives without insurance which was very insulting to me.

GLEN LAFONDCoffee spilled everywhere, check engine light was on, had to sweep dead cockroaches out of the back, truck kept trying to stall (x2) while driving it. Insane this was not dealt with prior to renting it out again. They told me it has 3/4 gas but only was 1/2 full. I have pics to verify.

James CheckleyThe old guy did not know what he was doing. I ordered and reserved a van and got a 15 ft box truck instead and was charged more. And they did not repay me for the extra gas that I put into the tank. Overall, this place sucks!

My vehicle was damaged on the lot while left there during the day - looks as though a hitch rammed into the back of my bumper - Upon returning the truck I had to wait because there was internet issues. Very unprofessional and not at all customer service friendly.
Charles WalshImprove your communications. I have not received communication about a discrepancy on my billing. I ordered a dolly with my U-hual and never received it. I left a message stating I wanted to dispute my bill and no one has reached out to me.

Aaron BellUhaul speedometer was faulty. Vehicle was visibly dirty and not taken care of from previous trip. Trash everywhere. Center Counsel was broken and the 1500 mile trip I took was very painful.

Proceeded to DD trucking the lady co-owner, representing u haul was , racist in her cantor.. Claimed I had altered my DL with a lake alfred police ther who validated my DL by running them...
