The best service from the couple that operate this location , very friendly and knowledgeable and I will be going back to this location again for my next rental.
jeffery eCaused us to be late as we were not told until arriving that you have need to have a credit card or card I only had my debit visa on me which they couldn't accept we were then told to use the ATM which when we went to use it was down we then were told oh just walk across the street to the other store… it was closed we then had to leave to go get out cash to be able to get the truck this caused a lot of issues. Then unfortunately we had to call to let them know we were running behind they were very understanding of that which was great however then I'm told oh by the way the truck you have tomorrow you can book as today we made a one time exception is you don't have a credit card… like excuse me you waited until 9pm to tell me this ! Thank fully I was able to rebook else where and won't be using this location again

Una CRented their 15 ft truck for Saturday Aug 26th for 11 hrs during those hrs it rained quite a bit for a brief period of time the truck was parked and closed up and the cab of the truck had water in certain spots that leaked thru from top of truck near the back of the cab and unfortunately my mattress got water damaged and some of my boxes that were sitting in there were wet too...my friend who drove the vehicle said the brakes didn't feel to well maintained had to push pedal all the way down to floor for it to brake properly. Better care and maintenance needed on that vehicle....a little disappointing about the water damage to my personal items. However the gentleman at the store who processed us at the beginning was nice to deal with. We dropped truck off after hrs so could not discuss these problems with him.

Michelle WThe service at this location was excellent. However the truck needs to be properly cleaned. Not simply removing debris; trucks need to be occasionally cleaned with soap and water to eliminate smells like body odor. I have noticed this in previous UHaul rentals as well.

dan sYes I would highly recommend Smokers Corner. I. Would not recommend U haul.overall. After 17 times of totality failed attempts to receive the original Truck and 7 hrs. Late I canceled the agreement. I rented in person at new location. Smokers Corner found the gentleman extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Ben MEnded up driving the rented trailer at night with no tail/brake/signal lights because the wiring harness prongs broke off inside the receiver! The harness was obviously well used and should have been replaced via a regular replacement schedule before this *major safety issue* could happen to a customer! It out my family at risk. Uhaul didn't have human available to talk to during this time and no one followed up despite live chat history and automated roadside assistance request. Never again.

Jennifer DPlease (I emphasis the word please), fix your policy for the fuel requirements for your rental vans. I'm required to refil the truck I rented to a fuel gage level between 5/8 and 3/4 of a tank. How is this possible when your retailer can even tell me how many litres a 1/8 of a gas tank holds?? I have to estimate this at the gas pump and upon return I'm told I'm a few litres off based on a photo and then charged a stupid amount of money because I guessed incorrectly . Your retailers need to provide trucks at a full tank of gas and then upon return I can fill it to the "full tank". I will be seeking other retail services that do not have shady fuel policy's in the future.
