The app is terrible. Just hire people to work at a few 24 hour locations. The pick up off my vehicle was 45mins longer then it should have been. Additionally why do I need someone to verify a second phone number? That was not made clear initially and was frustrating to deal with

My truck didn't get reported as returned until I had to call U-Haul. I even handed my keys to the person working in the store. The truck should have been reported return that night not days later when I made a call.

Didn't have correct starting mileage on vehicle, didn't correct. Didn't have furniture dolly available, had to go to another location (MUCH BETTER service there) and was overcharged for incorrect mileage and dolly even though other location manager indicated that she had notated my reservation. Also dropped off early as their site doesn't open before I had to be at work (dropped off Sunday night) and it wasn't checked in until after 2 pm on Monday. Would NOT rent from this location again nor recommend it. Use the Oakland Street location in Manchester. They are much better!

I’d recommend that U-Haul shut this site down—the vape shop was dirty and Smokey. The employee was rude and had no idea about my reservation. He sent me to another location about 4 miles away and they were professional and extremely helpful but had to send me back to the smoke shop where I completed the contract over the phone with a supervisor.

They said they couldnt find the reservation. I had called earlier in the day to ask about equipment etc reservations. They said to make them on like. Place was full of smoke, NOT GOOD!

They had not checked in trucks yet when they came back the day before and your system was down so we had to wait almost an hour to get the truck.

My reservation was for 8 AM and the location was not open until 10 AM. There was no instruction on any email confirmations stating this would be a U Haul “24/7 pick up” so I was left confused on how to pick up my truck. I called the customer service line and waited 15 minutes to speak with someone and when I got someone they said I wasn’t set up for 24/7 pick up. The woman on the phone was very helpful and got me setup, however if my scheduled pickup is at a non-UHaul location, there needs to be more clear instruction on email notification on how to pick this up. Also, I had paid for additional equipment, furniture dolly, that was not included in the truck...

I'm tired of UHaul. We probably will not be using them again. First, we thought we rented a 10" Van. ("Van" was used in the reservation.) By van, we thought it meant van. They gave us a truck. Much more importantly, they arbitrarily changed the location with one-day notice, despite me living next to the location I selected. UHaul just says, "Well, it is in the contract." Maybe, but it significantly inconvenienced me, wasting over an hour of my time is significant - and caused me to hit more traffic getting out of NYC - causing me even more time. How come they can ask me to bring it to a different place to accommodate their needs, but they can't do the same with a truck I wanted to rent? It may be "according to contract" but it is not a customer-focused practice. Ironically, they made me return it to a different location (this one) than what I picked. You should try Budget Rental or another company first.

The location was literally a drop area. The clerk who helped us was an expert in vapor products and just did what he was told to release the truck. Really know nothing about the equipment. When I asked what the height / clearance was, he politely said it should be n the truck. He did walk out with me but I needed to point out where the markings were

While we had excellent customer service at the Henderson location, the drop off location on Main St in Manchester was horrible service. First I pulled in and the man told me I cant drop the trailer off there. I said that's where I was told to drop it off and he said "no...you aren't dropping that off there". I told him yes I am as that was what I was told by uhaul and showed him the text on my phone showing the drop off location. He then asked me to move the trailer to the other side of the trucks, which I did...but then he just stood there watching me. I went back to him and he said I wont be able to return it in the system cause I'm not supposed to drop it off there and he has no idea how to return it. Then told me to unhook it. I got upset and told him to come over and help me unhook it from my truck...which he reluctantly did. I had to call uhaul customer service to make sure it was known it was returned. I definitely had some issues. The biggest in regards to the trailer itself was the fact that it leaked and even though we had rain only 1 day of the trip it leaked enough to damage some of our stuff and our clothes. I'm not even sure how the water got in but there was a lot of it. A large number of boxes were damaged as a result. Also I still have not received the small refund from insurance for returning the trailer early.

The truck had not been swept clean and was quite dirty. The outside of the truck was covered in bugs. The windshield washer fluid was empty.

Rao Khan, the man in charge of this rental operation, was incredibly polite and easy to work with during this uhaul process. Probably my best uhaul experience so far. If I need to rent a uhaul in the future it will be from this location.
