This was the worst pickup I've ever done with Uhaul. The guy who was checking it all out did it on a iPhone with no knowledge of how to properly use it, had to restart the process 3 times. He would keep walking around the store handling other things while we were trying to get the truck. Most unprofessional experience and terrible representation for uhaul. Also after an hour of waiting and finally getting the keys, he had a car trailer hooked up to the truck which wasn't for us. Then he struggled to get somebody to help him unhook it, which we just did it ourselves. Honestly one the the worst experiences possible.Charley W.

This place was creepy but the guy was helpful enough getting the trailer hooked up. Again the reservation process was broken requiring me to go to two different locations.Robert B.

Your website is difficult if not impossible to use for some millennials who don't text or live stream on a consistent basis. Even your representative had a hard time helping me check the vehicle out and returning it. I believe a great deal of work needs to be done to help make it more user friendly for those unfamiliar with the process.Claude S.

The trailer lights were faulty and the trailer brakes inoperative. The loaded trailer w/o brakes almost killed me with my RV unable to stop the trailer. I was told to have the Chantilly Va receiving station to check the light problems.Philip J.

This location is fairly new to U Haul. The dealer was nice enough but the transaction took far too long (1 hour!) When I returned to pick up the car carrier, the equipment was in an "unsafe" place for me to back up the truck. Difficult situation.Cynthia W.

I brought the equipment to the location I was designated to take it to. And I was made well aware that I was inconveniencing everyone. A very uncomfortable experience to say the very least.GRANT R.

Have a designated room for uhaul customers. Learn to use the computer more efficiently. Not enough privacy from gas station customers. Overall, uhaul should be picked up and dropped off at uhaul only buildings and facilities.Anthony G.
I had to unhitch the trailer from my vehicle personally; the reception person had no clue! Also, there are no clear signs or indications where to drop the trailer off until after I had appropriately parked the trailer and went inside. I then had to move the trailer around to the side of the building and back the trailer in so that I wouldn't get stuck trying to get out if I had pulled onto the unpaved parking spot.Kenneth W.
