Cherie LadouceurThe trailer hitch was on the ground. It's very cold and wet on the ground. It was frozen and seized right up. We couldn't just latch and go. Needed to get assistance and WD-40 Keep your hitches blocked off the ground.

Colleen FrenchWas very unimpressed with the service when we dropped off the truck! We had to pick up the truck outside of our city & was told we'd have an extra day rental & extra klm due to the fact that we had to go to Didsbury to pick up. When we dropped of the truck, they did not have that on our bill & they were going to charge us extra! Unacceptable Service! We have gone through 3 rental trucks in a short period of time, & every time we get the run around with your company. Needless to say, we would not recommend U-Haul to friends or family or anyone else!
Mike SorochanWon’t suggest Uhaul. Picke it up at 8:55 instead of 9:00 and we were told to have it returned to the drop off location at 8 , an hr earlier because we picked it up earlier

Jim Roy SpeerHaving reserved a smaller truck but had to take a larger one which used a greater amount of gas $600 in gas alone Dropped the vehicle to the West Kelowna location a day early and after 5hours on the phone they refused to credit a day to me. Very disappointing service
Ronald JeffersNo one checks the trailers. I had to buy an adapter from four pin to 7 pin!! Nothing on the site or from personal indicated this would be an issue! I was hooking up, but realized I needed a hitch that was lower…inches from the ground. Why was I not informed? The chains were broken! The clasps and u-bolts un-usable. I made it all work…but I wasted 2 hours doing so. Look: $50 rental and insurance is great. Customer service, not so much. Equipment maintenance: horrible. It was my experience, skill and fortitude that made this rental happen safely. (And money) Someone should hire me for regular maintenance repairs on these trailers.

les mykytiukThe p/u was quick and easy. Top notch service at Smoky Lake. The drop of center (Banaue Red Deer) was a 10/10 as well. The representative was easy to speak with and very relatable. Both centers are exactly hiw I would want my employees to behave with customers. Excellent work by everybody!
Ryan GILLESPIEWe recieved a truck that had 1/4 of a tank in it. It is impossible to fill it up and return it with the same amount of fuel. This should be full when picked up and returned if not the previous driver should be charged extra. It is a huge burden for the next customer not to mention its unfair as it adds to the rental cost.
Brian DOBRANSKYI did my entire checkin online, but could not find the dropbox for the keys. I entered and said I did my checkin and just needed the dropbox - the employees then proceeded to try to do the checkin again, but since they couldn't it took a very long time. They even called in to someone and still were unable to verify that my checkin had been completed. Very frustrating after a long day of moving. They were polite about it but it was an unnecessary end to the day.
