Cab floor was full of sand and had to clean it prior to dropoff so I didn't get hit with the cleaning fee. Otherwise no problems.
Stratton S.The Uhaul online check is a embarrassment to your company. As the local dealer warned me that the 'check in' process was a challenge. I called the 800 number to be placed on a 45 min hold and then spent an 1,5 hours doing the online check in. I think the app was written by a 10 year old coming out of their first stem class. How you even allow that process to be used is beyond me. If I have a choice I would never use your company again. PS. The local dealer is awesome and whoever took my call for the customer service was awesome.

I can't believe I didn't get his name because he deserves the biggest shout-out. Area was well organized and the process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this location.

Richard L.The person at the drop off location was rude, unfriendly, and condescending. He berated some teenager who was there. The teenager told me to park the trailer at a location and the "owner" then was upset with me where I had parked it. He was completely unclear and unhelpful where he wanted me to park it and then just walked off. I finally went back and got him to show me specifically where he wanted the trailer. Then he was rude. I will never, ever use U-haul again. These are the best people you have working your company? You ought to be outraged they represent you so poorly!

Joseph M.There was no signage about where I should park the uhaul after hours, even after speaking with the Regional branch. I circled the block two times trying to figure it out and then had to park in such a way that wasn't the best for their parking lot (I had a carport behind the truck). Then I got a call from uhaul the next morning that my keys weren't there when in fact I had dropped them off in the drop box, I assure you. I think someone was just upset at the way I parked and was trying to knit pick. I understand that the way I parked wasn't masterful, but I'm not a professional truck driver nor the most skilled at backing up with a trailer, should the need arise. So once I was in the lot with nowhere else to go, that's where the truck needed to be parked. I hope this all makes sense.

Nikolas S.Over two weeks ago, I reserved your smallest truck for 9:00 AM , 4/16/22. When I went in on Friday, 4/15 to buy more bubble wrap, I reconfirmed my reservation for the next morning and was informed that I would have to go get the truck on the opposite side of Jacksonville instead of my local pickup point less less than one mile from me. I was also going to be charged for the mileage to bring it back, plus the gas, plus the gas for my car. I had time constraints because I had hired movers to load/ unload the truck. Therefore, I (a 70 year old woman) was forced to rent your largest truck because they had just reserved the one that I had reserved 2 weeks before. It was extremely difficult for me to drive a one third full truck that size. It was more expensive and I am certain that it used more gas. I will be expecting a refund for the increased cost for the rental price and higher gas costs I had to pay because of your mistake. I will also tell everyone that I can reach, personally and on social media, about my experience with uhaul to warn them to never rent from you in the future. To improve for the next customer, I suggest that you honor their reservations instead of causing them increased costs and huge amounts of anxiety.

ERIC R.It was clean enough for my use, however there was significant dirt - like stuff from landscaping activities - in the cargo area, mostly under the mat. Low tire light on, 1 was 37 psi and should be 70, thing drove weirdly, I corrected this and it improved. The U-Haul web site for the pickup and return, well, it flat out doesn't work, waste of time.
