Employees in store had NO CLUE about anything to do with UHAUL. Customer service is ALWAYS 50 -60 mins hold time.

Daniel GlennThere were no pads in the truck but there was a container with advertised price if you used the pads.
James ScottThe customer service, uploading of pictures for mileage were terrible. Was on the phone for 45 minutes at check-in and was told a note would be made on my account and it was not. The check-in and checkout of the truck takes way too long. The truck was not clean.

Christy HumbertUpdate your mobile check in and out method. So that you dont have complications not letting you check your truck in. Result is a $20 fee for someone checking it in. There was no option to return before hours of close facility was open when returned truck. The truck was not clean at all I had to mop put the back of the truck twice to get it clean.

I have tried contacting the representative, Jason Grimes, using the email and phone number given multiple times, but have been unsuccessful. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

STEVEN VANDERGRIFFThere was dried blood all over the passenger armrest and customer service was horrible. The price was bull also at 99 cent a mile because it's saturday. Can you say price gauging. I have pics and will be reporting all of this to health inspectors and firemarshalls
