Me cobraron $100 dólares más y no entiendo por qué? Lo entregue a la hora exacta ,las millas solo me pase 4 millas y la gasolina le dejé 1/4 tal como me lo entregaron y me cobraron un día extra y solo lo usé por 24 horas exactas, son unos ladrones

Rude customer service, dirty equipment with damage. I reserved online and arrived onsite, followed the instructions on the app. It asked me to go inside the facility where I was supposed to show the barcode and receive the key. The gentleman at the counter did not look up and said "what do you need" I said I have a barcode for the pick up and he says "name" after i gave the name he says "we cancelled" your reservation and i said no, it's been completed via the app see this barcode and now said I was at the wrong location so his co worker came out and said why does it matter do you want a rental or not? I was shocked at the interaction between these two young men who were clearly not happy to interact with a customer.

My U-Haul only had a 1/4 tank of gas and then I was not informed by anyone that I had to bring it back again with a 1/4 tank it only said it on the paper work in small lettering. And I was charged not one but two fees for not being it back with that much gas

Drop box took a minute to find. Overall , all good

I love this service because they went over and beyond. They were patient and they handled my items with care. I would definitely recommend this moving company to my friends and family.
