Truck was dirty. Truck pick up took hours our labor era left and had to hire new helpers to load truck. Running lights not working and was stopped by police no ticket but more lost time as truck was inspected by police. Horrible experience.

I have NO PROBLEM with any of the PICK UP OR DROP OFF LOCATIONS. THEY WERE GREAT! AND FRANKLY SAVED THE REGIONAL OFFICE/CALL-CENTER/WEBSITE STAFF'S BUTTS fixing all of their mistakes. I have a real problem with Uhaul online and call-centers. Had constant problems with getting the pick up locations set (the pick up location kept moving and ended up being in an entirely different location that what I was confirmed the day before.) I had to call 4 different times to correct mistakes and still there were mistakes in the actual order. I never received furniture blankets that I ordered and had to make a stop and buy new ones to protect my furniture. Totally inconvenient and expensive. 2 of the 5 calls I made to the call center the representatives sounded like they were high on weed and inept. My experience was as if no one's computer worked and when they made a change nothing got communicated to the pickup or drop off locations. Uhaul - take my advice. You've got a great business model going with connecting movers to the system, but if you don't figure out your internal structure and communication strategies some other competitor in the moving sector is going to wipe you out. Figure it out. If I spend the time to fill out all the details online, those details should be clearly communicated and sufficiently delivered to the independent affiliates so I the customer and the location manager don't have to write it all up again as if I never spent an hour doing it in the first place and they should have the opportunity to have all the right gear when I come to pick up! Seriously, figure it out.

It took an hour to take the uhaul back where the was a place 10 minutes away. So it cost me more gas to put in the truck. Plus I rented from Thursday and took it back the next day on Friday but was charge for 3 days. What a rip off. Cost me in gas and charged for an extra day. This has NEVER happened to me. I will NEVER use uhaul ever again.

The young woman that assisted me started out with a warning to me that my vehicle would be towed if it was left on the lot during the time i was renting the truck . She was short and spoke very fast to me. When I returned the truck I believe I was over charged in the miles driven. i just handed over the keys and their was no inspection of the truck. I had left it in the condition I received it with the 1/2 tank of gasoline and clean. In the future if I use your i will not want to get it from this location. She appeared that I was annoying her.

I had a confirmed truck pick up time for 9 am and when I got there, I was told that the clerk who does the "U-Haul" wouldn't be in until 10 am. As a result of that, I lost an hour of valuable time and my moving crew had to wait over 35 minutes before they could start loading. In addition, the clerk did not ensure that I received the 24 furniture pads that I ordered and In my rush I forgot to ask for therm. So I had to go back to that U Haul (Movers delayed again waiting for pads) only to discover they only had 9 furniture pads in the whole place. So I then had to find another U-Haul place to get furniture pads. I will never do business with Snappy again and would not recommend them, It was a horribly, disappointing experience!

I rented a U-Haul from there they told me one price got the insurance had it for a day called them for an additional day n didn’t even keep it for the whole day I turn led it in n they charged me 100$ witch they put a 100$ hold on my credit card n said it it wasn’t going to charge me that price and at the end of it all they did....smh??????????????????...never again.....

That facility was/ had no knowledge on how to check in a customer. I waited for over an hour past check in to have some one finally help me. Very disappointed. Team me pretty much behind schedule by 2 hours.

I used the self checkin/out which was great. The only problem I had was the ignition not working properly. Once you stick key you had to turn it several time before it turn on almost as if it was locked. So hopefully someone will fix problem. Thank you

The only reason I did not give this survey a 5 star Excellent rating was because the ramp was missing. We had to pull the appliances up on the truck with the dolly and no ramp. Made it very difficult!

The truck had trash in the cab when I picked it up. The clerk wrote up the wrong truck, at first causing the process to take over half an hour. When I dropped off the truck, the clerk tried to double charge me and would have successfully double charged me, if I had another hundred dollars in my account. All in all, this was a terrible experience. If my experience with this uhaul store is indicative of how uhaul does business, I will be recommending that everyone I know use Ryder. This experience was a perfect zero.

The truck that I rented had an issue with the ignition switch making the vehicle hard to start and the door panel on the driver’s side was loose making closing the door difficult

The customer service wasn’t very great . There was a lot of confusion among pick up charging for about an hour I didn’t use . Do to the confusing the code to the lock wasn’t given to me causing more time I was paying for , to call and get the code . It wasn’t the most pleasant experience

The hours of operation online are 8 am - 5 pm. When I went to pick up the Uhaul, it took forever to get the rental even though I already did the check in online and they didn't even have my size rental so I had to opt for the smaller one. Only after signing the papers and getting the keys was I informed that the Uhaul window would be closed from 2:30-4:30 PM and I could not return the rental because a school nearby gets out at that time. I could only return the vehicle from 4:30-5PM, but if I was after 5 PM I would be charged for another day. Upon arriving, someone checked the mileage and fuel but wrote down the wrong information resulting in someone having to go back out and check it again. What should have taken 2 minutes to drop off, ended up taking nearly 20 minutes. Overall a really poor experience. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Customer service is very very poor at this location. I’ve had 4 occasions to visit this store and it is the same experience every time. The customers stand in line and when someone finally comes to the window, they just stands there and look at you. No pleasant greeting ever. They are very short when speaking to you and they give absolutely no directions at all. They give you the keys and you have to ask, which truck. When you ask information the instructions are never clear. When returning the truck, same thing. You have to stand in one of the two lines only to be told it’s the other line you need. In checking out I returned the keys to a lady and soon thereafter a young man walks thru passing me to inspect the truck. The young lady that took the keys said nothing to me about what was to happen next. I had to ask for information and or directions every step of the way. I never want to visit this location again. Thank you for the chance to comment on my latest experience at this store.

I only say no to this location because it's in a pretty bad part of Phoenix the convenience store itself was nice the lady that helped me was exceptional however like I said it's not in the greatest area parts of it not far away or high crime if it was in a different location I would definitely say it was good

The U-Haul representative at snappys corner store was very unprofessional. I returned the truck at 4:00 pm when I was dude to return it at 5 and the representative made me wait until 4::30 before she actually helped me out . She also told me to leave the keys in the truck and then when she finally helped me she told me to go and retrieve the keys again from the truck after telling me to leave them inside the truck . She was very rude to me and my girlfriend as well .

First I want to say that the people there were very nice and friendly but U-Haul sent me 20 miles in to a GETTO and there was several drop off locations much closer, The nice people didn't even have the information on the truck coming in. I showed her my text from U-Haul. I am very frustrated with U-Haul not these nice people, U-Haul's customer service sucks. I will be giving U-Haul a chat later.

Rude staff. Staff drops purchased supplies in the middle of the store and does not walk it to the truck. Staff expects renters to back up your trucks to get it out of alley instead of pulling it into a ready area. Owner expects all renters to park off property without warning, instructed to leave and find transportation or go to another store. Asked to check availability while I asked neighboring stores to park, another owner let me park and when I came back they already transferred my reservation and had to call back again against my earlier request. Will never use this location again. Cancel their contract, they don't want this business and puts my other official Uhaul experiences to shame.

truck was double-booked and not available and the time of reservation. this was VERY frustrating. Perhaps if I had rented from a larger location, this wouldn't have been an issue, but I genuinely thought that the reservation reserved the truck for me. That said, the staff at this location was very friendly and helpful given the limited resources available to them.

This location is a convenience store. At pick up time there was only one employee on duty. She was trying to do my paperwork while also taking care of store customers. She was very apologetic, but should not have been put in that position.. Truck was okay, and check in on return was also okay

I know it would probably be impossible but it'd be great one day to ban smoking in all your vehicles. While the one we rented was quite clean, it still smelled like an old ashtray. I know that's not the fault of U-Haul but rather just inconsiderate customers. Regarding the U-Haul location, the staff were very friendly and courteous. We will definitely use this location for our future U-Haul needs!

Picked up truck paper work was marked Full for the fuel. Gage was not direct on full ok no biggie drive the truck 3.7 miles according to the lady at the counter yet when I filled the tank have did not move but the truck held almost 5 gallons of fuel. Unacceptable to miss repersentate the truck as being sound and is proper working order. When I voiced my concern I was told deal with it it happens oh well.

Was told that the uhaul had a full tank by someone working at this location and when we returned it with a full tank we over filled it and was told that the person that helped us doesn't even work for Uhaul?!?! We will NEVER rent from this location again! The girl working there was VERY rude and shouldn't be in customer service

The truck turned off on us twice, the ac didn't work and the woman at the snappy (Blanca) left a really bad taste in my mouth when she became rude over the phone and told me that my she didn't care about my concerns and would charge my card a penalty fee either way. All I wanted was a explanation, I wanted. Little customer service and she made me feel like I was robbed. After the fact, I figured out the charges ON MY OWN but her attitude was horrible. Will never do buisness here again and I still have one more move coming up. I would rather pay more elsewhere.
