This is the only Uhaul location near me, so that is why I would recommend it. Otherwise, the trucks aren't clean. The AC came in and out. No power locks or windows in the trucks.JENNIFER U.

I had the truck back in the same shape just the way I picked it up and they charged me an extra 69 dollars idk if it was time the location is in a very busy place and a few minutes late should have costed me 69 $and I put a half of tank in the back in the truck before return. One of the inside floor panels was a little loose but we didn't think anything of it until we got to my house and starting going inside and out of the truck moving my stuff that it got worse and I twisted my ankle on it a couple times because it kept dipping in lower. They are getting a one start review for making me feel like a Karen in writing this review. We rented the truck and furniture pads. We returned the furniture pads, yet they continue to charge us 75 $for â€œmissingâ€ furniture pads, which we returned and a 30 $late payment fee. Which we are late on paying because every time I've called they either don't answer, say they are busy or put me on hold for 10 mins and then hang up on me. And I'm sorry but I am in no position to be giving away over 100 $because if other people's incompetence.MICHAEL M.
Most awful experience We had to go to 3 locations to get the truck we had reserved since 6/15 We got billed for 3 days of rental plus fuel charges when we only kept the truck for less than 24 hoursSimon B.

We had to sign the contract up front, and pay up front for an estimated amount of mileage. The estimate was for 50 miles. The official overall distance that was traveled equals only 45 miles. We deserve a refund. Merci.MICHAEL T.

The incorrect truck was reserved and it cost me more money. The agent made no attempt to get truck, other than show me the number to look for at the end of the a long way behind the shopping center. Truck had been standing unused for a long time and visor broken and limited visibility while driving. Not a good experience.EDWARD D.

Have the Uhaul ready to be picked up. Have someone available to connect the uhaul. Have items necessary for a Uhaul connection to a vehicle in stock. It's not the customers job to do your job or to maintain your stock.KASSANDRA S.

This location was fine, but the original location Postal Annex in Miami, FL was absolutely horrible. The employee running the store at 10am was so incredibly rude. He opened the door, looked at me and asked â€œIs there something i can help you with?â€ and I told him I was there to pick up my U-Haul with which he replied â€œI don't have internet. There's a sign on the door if you hadn't read it yet. I can't help you or anyone.â€ He had such a nasty tone of voice and offered no solution beside to call U-Haul themselves. Also when returning the truck the instructions were backwards, I would suggest revising it so that way the first step after parking the truck back is to take all the photos needed THEN state to return the key in the box.Alanis R.

I've rented from this location before. The guy is dry, barely communicative, and gives one word answers to all questions. This is incredibly weird and awkward. The inside of the truck had layers of dust. Uhaul, as a company, is also the worst. I called for road side assistance and the answer I got was that they couldn't help me. This was after being on hold 20 minutes. I got locked out and had to spend 80 $on a locksmith. I hate the location I rented from and this is the last time i rent anything from Uhaul.JENNIFER U.

Terrible customer service and unclear communication. I got to this location, after flying in with an associate, to pick up two 26' trucks I had reserved over the phone. I had to wait 45 minutes to pick the trucks up because the kid working that day was at lunch, which made me miss my scheduled pickup time with the City of Miami for equipment I'd purchased. When he finally got back he waited to tell me until I about signed my contract that they only had one truck available for me. They found another truck for me 25 minutes away that I had to Uber to, which further delayed my pick up time. Advice for the next customer is don't pick up UHaul's at shady insurance spots in a strip mall.William G.
