AMANDA MTruck was fine. Needed a hand truck. There was an appliance truck in the truck. Had to waste precious time getting that exchanged. And was charged for an appliance truck. Still trying to get that refund. Rented 12 blankets- none were in the truck. Wasted time getting them and had to wait so they rounded these up. Exasperating since all this was reserved several days prior. Seems to me the attitude was oh just let them do all the work when they get her, because we don't want to be bothered. Not cool! I would recommend because of location only.

Appollonian CEquipment was not where I reserved it to be picked up
Ann PHave the items reserved available at the original location site. If equipment and truck aren't available i should get a call in advance to make other arrangements. Obviously that would cost U-Haul because other companies don't pull this nonsense. My reservation included an appliance dolly. I drove almost 60 miles extra from my original reservation site to get the truck and dolly reserved weeks in advance. Once there I was told that they did not have an appliance dolly. I was fortunate in that when I did my inspection check-in there was one in the truck that was not in their system. That was after we had gone through all the what are we supposed to use to move our stuff question and angst. The extra miles also put us over the allotted mileage. U-Haul then wants to charge us more. Or maybe the extra charge was a claimed late arrival which was the agreed time. Anyway, I blame U-Haul for their overall process. If I make a reservation in my hometown that is where the equipment should be including the extras. U-Haul needs to work out getting what the customer needs at the location needed. Figure this out U-Haul.
Andrea WWas charged 2 days for a trailer I only needed for 1 day. And my drop off location was 30 mins from where I was at so that was an hour out of my way just to return the trailer. The 1800 number on the receipt when I called to see if I can leave trailer closer to where I was the guy was not helpful and very rude .
karean wThe lady who helped us was very friendly and considerate. She knew what needed to be done and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I do recommend this location to anyone needing a U Haul
