Drop off was simple and easy especially when the location was closed. 24 hour drop-off was simple and worked well.

RICKY JTremendous customer service from both the CLT and Myrtle locations. Couldn't have had a better experience. The truck was clean and the staff made this the easiest move I've ever had.
John KI would recommend this location, but not others. After being told by them I could leave the trailer at another location, the next location said they would charge me for leaving it there up to or in excess of $100. She said they have the right to allow it to be left or not and thought it was rude that they didn't.

Dwayne PSonnys was the second u haul dealership I went to. I went to life storage in Myrtle Beach first The woman working was very rude, told me I had to wait because one of her computers was down, then told me I could not rent the car hauler because what I was towing and towing with would not work. I kindly explained it would because I used the u haul app that asks all those questions and it told me it would work. She told me it would not, and spoke to me as if I were ignorant. So I went to sonnys we're I was graciously greeted, ask what I needed, and 15 minutes later I was out the door with the car hauler I needed. I will never go and rent from life storage again. My experience at sonnys was awesome!!!! Thank you for your time.
FRANK COnly suggestion would be to oil ratchet straps on dolly occasionally.

lori lWas originally scheduled to pick up Uhaul equipment on South Frasier Street, Georgetown S.C. at 9 am on 2/8. Was not informed of new pickup location an hour away until I arrived in Georgetown. New Pickup location was supposed to be scheduled for immediate pickup. Upon arrival at Sonny's, was informed that pickup time was scheduled by Uhaul for 7 PM (vice 11 AM). Uahul Customer service does not communicate and cannot keep promises to their customers. Initial reservations specialist did not correctly inform me of changes to pickup location in a timely fashion and wound up losing up to five hours of time due to excessive travel to get equipment to get to personal items.

TOM HI've rented a number of trucks and trailers over the years, and I would definitely say that this was one of my best renting experiences !! The associate who assisted me with the rental setup and pickup was extremely pleasant and helpful, in fact she opened the location an hour early to meet my schedule. I would definitely rent Sonny's Auto Body again and highly recommend them as a rental location.

Mike MAttendant told me 6x12 trailer had brakes. A 4 pin connector does not have brakes. Just brake away brake
