Take this places u hauls away. Rented a trailer, had no stand. I had to pick it up off the ground to put on my hitch. Interior of trailer was nasty. Guy wouldn't even come out to inspect trailer. Had 10 am appointment, guy got there at 1015. I didn't get my paperwork until after 11.

We called back and changed the pick up time. When we got there at 2:30 No One was there, had to wait.

Again, the app for drop off was impossible. It kepts looping. After uploading picture of dash to show fuel/mileage, it would start the whole return process over. After 30 minutes of trying, I gave up. I took pictures of the dash, cab and cargo area, found the drop box to drop the key and left. Never completed online checkout.

Although I had already paid for the dolly and a dozen furniture blankets, the clerk made it seem as if it was optional for me to take them. I told that if it there is an extra cost then I do not want to take the dolly and blankets. He said he couldn't remove the charge so I told him then I will take the dolly and blankets since I had already paid for them. The whole exchange was simply confusing.

We had to change pickup locations from our desired place since they had both the truck and trailer there. It was a later time that the 8am desired, but we made it work. The new pickup location on W Florida St was in a run-down parking lot monitored by several cops, in a locked-up cosmetics/wig store. The store owner did not arrive until 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and the computer on site could not pull up the reservation. He then had to retake all my info that we put in online (INCLUDING the credit card that we already paid with, hand written on a piece of paper so he could enter it on our reservation his phone). Other customers requesting help fixing cracked iPhone screens while he was working with us, and not getting the paperwork done until 10:50. No brake-light cable was on the trailer, and despite the truck being clean inside, still had ashes in the ashtray.
