Location was a gas station, the 24/7 drop off made it real convenient.

Apparently, the whomever operates U-Haul at this location has to be called in once the customer arrives to pick up the truck. I waited for 40 minutes to rent a truck I reserved a couple days prior online. When checking out the lady used her cell phone and it took even longer to get checked out although I put my information on the reservation she stated it had to be rentered. Dont use this location!

I picked up a dirty truck that had blue paint or something in it when I picked it up. I returned it like I got it and I was charged cleaning fee for someone else mess.

The office was inside a renovated storage unit. Very cramped with plastic chairs and papers everywhere. Not sure if this was temporary but did not feel official at all. This is not a U-Haul building, it's a mini-storage complex behind a chain-link fence. No trucks are stored on-site, they get dropped off by other U-Haul locations. So far there are no odd charges on my credit card so no complaints... But I don't recommend this location. Equipment (truck) was fine but the location did not appear to be consistent with what U-Haul stands for.

Teach employees how to properly charge customers. I returned the vehicle after hours and received my receipt via email. I was charged for use of moving pads, which I did not use, b/c they didn't exist in the truck in the first place. I called and was told there was nothing they could do b/c thats what was in the system.

Check the fuel gauge. Move the vehicle on flat ground and take a picture with your cell phone. make sure you waint enough time for the fuel in tank to settle. U-Haul representative told me that she had filled it up where as she only moved the fuel to the F mark which is not "full". Cost me an additional 30.00 dollars in fuel. No refund on over filling truck. Corporate explains a truck filled up with fuel is only to the F mark not really full. Thank you

The lady at this location was the only helpful employee that I spoke with. Everyone else seemed like they had no idea what they were talking about and were extremely unhelpful. I will never rent from u-haul again!

They were not there when we arrived and we arrived on time for our appointment, we then went to another uhaul carrier across the street and they called the uhaul who we had the appointment with to let them know we were there. Once they finally arrived, everything was quick and fast, we got the truck and everything else went smooth after that. I would recommend them as long as they are at the building on time!

This was my first ecperience here and I WOULD NEVER GO BACK, were misleading, and sneaky. They dont tell you anything up front as far as hidden charges......I was told it would be 19.95 to rent the truck and .69 cents for every mile driven. They asked when we arrived about how far do you think you will be traveling. We told they we didnt know and they said they just needed an estimate. They never said anything about if we went over this number we were going to be charged. For what should have been a 50-60 dollar expense they charged us 157.00. I would never go here again, first they were sneaky and second when we showed up they didnt have our truck ready or the equipment we had ordered there at all.

The service was great, the location just isn't the easiest to get to. Once on location, it was not clear where to go to pick up the keys, etc.

I had an online reservation at the Peter Street Location. When I arrive I was told they didnt have any trucks. I called around and found this location on Buford Highway. The agent was extremely nice and waiting past closing time for me.

I returned the U-haul truck with more than half a tank of fuel per the original contract. However, this location CHARGED me $50.00 to refuel the tank after THEY used over a quarter of the fuel in the tank. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the service and will not recommend this location or U-haul as a whole.
