The location was put of my way, I was told I had to return my rental there and not the one more convenient to me. Called the 800 number and she wasn't helpful either

The uhaul truck I rented had a lot of play in the front end (wheels) and had to have correction to keep it in the lane.

Was very disappointed an not satisfied with the truck we got the driver side mirror was completely broken an no mirror made it almost impossible to back up an made it a difficult day this truck should have never been rented out this could be a very dangerous situation

This location charged me more money because I've turned my rental in A-day before it was due so I put my key in the Dropbox now I'm having to fight with them to find out why they charge me another $100

This location was amazing! I have dropped off here before and they make it so easy at their location. Lots of room! Very friendly! Great group of people!

Through no fault of the people at this location I will not do business with UHAUL again. They at least informed me of the problem with the paperwork from the pick up location and made me aware of the enormous charge UHAUL would chargeback for its own mistake.

Phone system and online chat not very effective. Frequently dropped from phone call after very extended holds, or dropped on 'transfer'. Phone customer help system is not acceptable. Personnel seem good when contacted. Would be good to have a "auto call-back" option, and statement of hold times.

I had mostly large boxes and totes and was going across the country, so the U-box was definitely a better option for me. Cost-wise it was maybe a bit higher than getting a truck and all the fuel and towing my car, but I didn't have to worry about finding parking for a truck and trailer for 4 or 5 nights and that was entirely worth it to me. My experience was very positive, it made the trip and the move a lot less stressful. Packing the box was easy and it shipped out quickly. My box arrived well ahead of schedule, which was great. Make sure to let the destination know at least 24 hours ahead of when you want to retrieve your things when they arrive, I had a bit of trouble with the paperwork at the end because of that but all my things arrived perfectly with very little shifting.

As a add on partnership with uhaul staff goes above and beyond to help customers. If phone is busy call back most likely helping another customer, only one person working all calls for both businesses.

Despite talking to the manager multiple times my boxes were not ready when I came to get them and the manager, whom I previously spoke with, claimed to have no idea I was coming.

I was shocked that it cost over $300 to move locally. We had to keep it an extra day and was told we drove over 100 miles I didn't write the miles down so I'm not sure. We couldn't rent the bigger truck because it wouldn't fit into the drive way had to make 3 trips but with in a 10 mile radius glad it's over and done

Everything was exceptional. Rusty Sours worked with us to pick up the trailer while the shop was closed. He made a special trip in to give us the rental. Very pleased.

The folks at Sours Automotive acted like it was a burden to give us access to our UBox once it arrived late. Additionally, we just had to cancel a credit card due to fraudulent charges three months in a row from UHaul for "car rental" and "other travel" five months after we completed our business with UHaul. Completely unimpressed.

U-haul changed the drop-off location at THEIR discretion, despite a longer trip, more miles, more gas for the renter. They changed the drop-off location TWICE, while driving to my destination with the truck. Not a very User-conscious practice. Seems like they use the renters as their truck delivery service, at the renters extra expense and time.

Had a problem on phone when I took truck back. The app opened all was fine untill it was time to close out. either lost connection or app was not working.

Rusty is always kind and generous. We always rent from him. Luv the convenience of it right in or neck of the woods. Definitely would recommend.
