I checked out of my storage unit last July. I told the staff i had moved out. They continued to charge my credit card. I had to cancel my credit card to keep them from continue billing me. They still owe me a refund after contacting them for several months!
HERB H | Expérience généraleFor 4 full days NO ONE was available at regular business hours for personal reasons. The fact that all they know how to say is "we are family owned business", seems to give them permission to do whatever they desire whenever they want with total disregard to a customer. Even thou THEY WERE NOT in the location during business hours, they DID NOT provide until day 5, the access code to OUR UNIT, it took us 5 days to access out storage and we ended receiving orders to vacate even thou we had pay in advance. Till now , one month later, We never received the refund for that month and had to find in one day a new place and a mover. Worst thing I have ever seen, disrespectful, dishonest and just horrible experience as a whole. They did us a favor by kicking us out!
