The inside of the truck was fairly clean, the bed/box of the truck hadn't been cleaned out. I found items that remained from the previous user. I.E rope, shower curtain rod and some papers. I wasn't happy with the service received from this location. I had a reservation, I showed up a bit early and found that another family was in the process of renting a truck. We ended up waiting an hour and 15 min to get our truck because we had to wait for the other family to leave the premise, drive into town to add more money on their card and come back, after they returned there was a problem locating the key for their truck. I'm not sure why the young lady ( which was nice ) couldn't just open a second page and start my reservation ( which took 5 min) during the 20 min the other family was gone. I can not say that I would recommend this place and I can't say that I won't. This was my first experience with the place. I also want to mention that, I returned to the truck on a Saturday- a day earlier than I had it rented for- then on Monday evening around 6pm I had gotten a call from Uhaul corporate, asking me about the truck, the man said they expected it to be returned by Sunday so I had to explain to him it was dropped off already 2 days ago and a day earlier than scheduled I might add. Plus when i ordered the truck nothing was said about an extra charge I'd need to pay for dropping the truck off after hours . But when I picked up the truck I found that this location charges $35 fee for dropping off after hours. This is rediculois In my opinion but non the less, it should be made known during the reservation period and not the min you pick it up. I haven't checked my C.C yet to verify . But the young lady at this establishment told me she would waive the after hours drop off fee for me this time. If I find I was charged to drop off fee, Uhaul will be hearing from me. Personally after getting screwed over with my rental the Sunday prior to this rental. I think Uhaul needs to revamp their whole process of renting and clean of the lack of communication between dispatch and each location so everyone is on the same page and me more specific in the fees and charges associated with the rental .Travis M.

My overall experience was excellent. I was highly impressed with getting my rental by use of my cell phone. Truck was secured, clean and ready for me to drive. My only concern was that the mileage for my rental was calculated incorrectly. My understanding was that I get the first 50 miles free. I live in a very rural country area. I'm 15 miles from the rental location...quite easy to drive many miles locally. Can rural renters get some kind of mileage discount? Would be very nice if we could.Kenneth K.

I was charged a $28 cleaning service charge on a truck that was dirty (back of the truck) when I rented it when I returned it. I only rented the truck to pick up a couch I purchased from a store so I didn't track any type of dirt in the back. I want my card refunded back my $28.00.MARCUS S.

I made my reservations online when I irrive there besides the place been super dirty the agent was very rude he has no customer servise at all gas tank was not as describe on documents and he after bringing that to hes attention he deside not to chage it to get out of hes place was hard but not as hard as to get back in in finaly ahd most inportant I almost got my self and other hurt the car trailar I rented I tha lock was not working good and at some point on the rood when I was staring to loos it came loose with my vehicle on top of it so at the end wast of money cause I had to use something else to move my vehicle also I got charge for 3 days instead of two but after all it dosent matter I will make sure I dont use this services anymore or anyone I knowRamon C.

The time before this I returned the truck back with more gas than I should and it wasn't a problem . This time when I returned the truck back with 3 gallons less than I got it and I was charged $62. Which is a rip off and the sales lady was very nasty about it . A total rip off!!Charlton M.
