This location's rental agent wasn't on site. After arriving at the rental store, the clerk phoned the rental person, then handed me the phone. Transactions were performed untimely, over the phone. The equipment was fifty. The worst experience I ever had. The store attendant couldn't locate the rental's key. It took more phone calls to the offsite rental person.Roy B.

you lied and charge me for gas that was not in the truck. The truck was on E. I have pictures! The truck was raggedy and sound like the transmission was coming out You owe me my gas back and I want it or I will take this further.I do have pictures. The guy that rented me the truck was high! He did not go back out to check the gas or nothing! I want my gas put back immediately on my card!tania B.
I made my reservation early and chose the location that was convenient for me. Someone from uhaul called the day before my move to inform me that my pickup location changed. I was not pleased with this AT ALL because I chose this location for a reason.. The uhaul agent said that they knew this would add more mileage and that I would get a $50 credit. The person at the pickup location of course knew nothing about the credit, the truck had trash in it from the previous customer and was on empty. Thus was not a good experience!renita M.
I originally reserved a truck for Saturday, April 30 at a different location. When I got there to pick it up, they didn't have a truck for me. I had to switch my reservation to Sunday, at this location. They also didn't have the truck when I got there. Thankfully, the person who had reserved it before me did bring it back while I was there, but 40 minutes late. I know that UHaul can't control when customers bring back trucks, but the original reservation should have at least been there. The location didn't have any idea where the truck was. This screwed up my whole weekend.Brenna C.
I was over charged also I forgot my dog cage on the truck it would have been nice for them to call me instead they charged me the cleaning fee and kept my dog crate. I ended up paying over $200 for what should have been less than $100 rental.. go to the uhaul in Garner or the one on Wilmington streetâ€¦ you've been warned!!!!!DONNA M.

The uhaul that I received was not in the best of shape. This uhaul needs to be serviced before anyone else drives it. The location is not in the best spot and the customer service skills are lacking in ALL AREAS.NICHOLE L.
The owner of the location was very helpful. However, they (the U-HAUL supervisor) collectively made mistakes and over charged us costing us money that we now have to wait to be reimbursed.Marinda W.

The blankets i ordered where not in the van and a hand truck was left in the back. The personal was not trained in the process and had to call the owner. The owner did reach out to another center to find the blankets of which i had to go to that location to pick them up.Timothy M.

It took the attendant almost an hour to find the keys for the truck I was picking up. There was quite a bit of your equipment in the truck that I didn't need or request. (I.e. about a dozen blankets, a 4 wheeled dolly and 2 hand trucks.) the young man working there said it was normal, but the stuff was in my way. He had no idea about your operations and was clueless about where to look for the keys. I had a crew waiting to load the truck and was VERY concerned that this was all costing me money needlessly.Gary A.
They put the wrong truck number on my account and then the location that I was supposed to bring the uhaul back to (3001 capital blvd) told me to keep the uhaul and bring it back to the original location and said I could possibly be charged for the other person who had the truck I was supposed to have that moved all the way to florida. Waited 2 hours at the capital Blvd location and didn't even get a solution to the problem until the next day after the person at the original location contacted a manager. There should be a better system in place to correct for when a mistake like this happens.David P.
The issue was not the locations. The issue was that the location was switched after confirmation and we went to the wrong location and had to go to the other. That there was no interaction to let us know that the location had switched (other than a text with no explanation) is unsatisfactory. Did you know that your regional manager does not talk to customers. He or she just makes the switch. I asked to talk to the manager. I had no luck there. Not a good experience this time around.Justin B.
