cheap moving truck and convenient location. friendly service is something i'm not used to! highly recommend this dealer. they even have heated storage, which helped saved us so much time and money because we didn't have to drive to town

Penny CThe internet signal is very weak in that area so I had to wait for the app to download the pictures and that was frustrating, maybe you could off free wifi to customers picking up and dropping off trucks. Maybe a hotspot to increase the connection speed.
Marc WI would not recommend this location due to the poor service that I received from the man at the desk who served us. He was not helpful at all, nor did he have costumer service skills. I had a much better experience in Carbonear at Jordan's Auto Glass, but there were no trucks at this location so I had to go to South River. The truck that we received also had a bad battery, we were informed of this by the man at the counter. He said that the truck caused others issues but still gave us the truck and allowed us to take it on the highway in a poor condition. We had no other choice as we were moving out of our apartment the next day. I will not be back to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone in the future. Terrible experience overall.
ruby aI was told $1 a mile because of long distance travel, I was charged $1,43 Truck had 1/4 tank of gas in it same as when I took it, because it parked on an incline it don't show true reading. Any truck or car is the same Than a gas service fee of $30 15L of gas. At $33 That's $2,2 a litre ???????? $7 oil and tire repair fee ????? Really I do have picture to show gas in tank This is my first rental and it's my last

blair cTruck was clean. Exactly as it should be. Fuel level was lower than originally shown. But picture confirmed the level adjustment before leaving the parking lot. And , had a strong odour of cigarette smoke in the cab of the truck .. which is unfortunate. But overall truck worked well. No issues.

Ronald BI got the run around going from location to location. The van is so heavy in fuel , it cost more in fuel than the rental. IF i would have known would have hire long distance movers it would have been more cost effective. And i had to do all the work myself. I have learned my lesson,
