Both locations were great!!! The company did not give me enough miles to where I was going then to my drop off point. I was shorted 120 miles which I had to pay for. You need to check your maps better for the next customer.Nicholas R.

This Location, adds fees, like cleaning, when it is clean (broom swept, tells you there is mud Embedded in floor board and all over seats. Then takes pictures of some other truck that was not the one you brought back, tells you your gas is lesss thien what it should have been. We had an emergency situation and I needed to be at the hospital. Family members returned the uhaul a day early and I was told the woman was very rude.Amanda C.

We dropped the truck off after hours the night before we were scheduled to. We were charged $20 for overnight drop off even though that was what we had agreed upon when we picked the truck up. The location was 11 miles out of our way (one way) and was not the original destination we had agreed upon when we booked the truck. The destination was changed when my husband picked up the truck. My husband dropped off the truck and parked it in the lot next to the building per the instructions next to another Uhaul truck. We called the next morning to just verify they received the keys and the lady was very short with us first saying she couldn't find the truck and then when she did find the truck (it was the biggest one, kind of hard to miss) she accused my husband of parking it in an alley and said he might get a ticket. We understand that the rally that is happening nearby is stressful and the drop off location was a full service shop, we didn't feel her tone was warranted. We would not ever drop off or pick up from that location again.CODY W.

Trailer towed acceptably but tended to track left. My son and I are familiar with trailers but the one would tend also to back to its left and pinch no matter what we did. I am guessing axles are no longer set properly. The trailer was clean.william M.

First inspect all equipment and make sure it is fully operational. We had two tires on the auto Transport trailer that had gashes and Tricia just blew it off and said it happens all the time. Not even an hour into our trip and one of those tires shredded on I-90. Then we had the second one replaced in Clarksville,TN. The auto transport worked well, if the tires had only been properly inspected and replaced before we picked it up we never would have had problems.Kevin H.

My husband is active duty military and we are moving on military orders to a different base. Your compensation system, your employees knowledge of products and services, especially those in the call centers Need improvement. We had to drive 6,5 hours away (13 hours round trip) to get our uhaul because the location we reserved it weeks in advance did not have it and we're given Barely any notice. And we were misdirected to several other options that ended up not being available/costing us money. Then, we're given only 2 extended days with the uhaul... we don't want more days... want some sort of compensation towards the cost because we had to move several things around to be able to spend a whole day driving to get a uhaul. In addition, Uhaul employees stated that if we returned the trailer in that same day we would only be charged for one day so we did to a location closer to us and were still charged for the entire trip.... again leaving us in a mess with little care from Uhaul employees. The information is not clear and many employees are untrained and do not have the correct answer. Very poor service. We should have received compensation for this services. We do not recommend uhaul.Zachary R.

Had hidden fees while returning. On our rental agreement it said total fees and cost about $90 and it said we paid the full amount then when we dropped it off and used the website to return it, it said we owed almost $30. We will be contacting uhaul to get our $30 back.KEY PATRICKHENRY K.

although pickup worked out, it was frustrating and time consuming that my original pickup location had changed 2x. I was originally scheduled to pickup in Spearfish at 8 am and when I called I was informed that my pickup was moved to an alternate location in Spearfish. as it turns out that location was actually closed on the scheduled pickup day. after calling the representative (who was very helpful) back at the original location, she got it worked out for pickup in Belle Fouche (approximately 15 miles away). it worked out in the end but it certainly wasn't flawlessKevin B.
