The van was in great condition and the woman said they usually have vans which is the vehicle that I need. I was very pleased and satisfied with my experience! Merci.

Dan AWe received a truck with smashed in right front quarter panel, engine light on, with a hand written note stating it was still ok to drive. App is a pain in the ass to use requesting a lot of info that would have been nice to know more needed before getting to he truck lot. Called the location a day in advance with no response. The truck got us there and back, and used 1/2 tank of gas costing 43.00. I used the truck for 6 hours and it cost me almost 300 altogether. Do Not Reccomend.

BARRY GVery unorganized. Only 1 space to park a 20 foot truck. Drop off box is used for uhaul and automotive shop and makes dropping offf keys confusing

ELEANOR PThe lady working there was awesome. So nice and kind and professional. Best of any Uhaul representatives I've ever met. The facility is a junkyard. The truck had the check engine light on the whole time. It struggled to do 60mph empty. Sad vehicle.
Timothy MMy dolly and furniture dolly that I reserved didn't come with the rental truck. I drove approximately 20 miles to other U-Haul locations trying to find the equipment. This put extra miles on my truck and delay my moved.

CHARLES RThe truck had 162 000 miles on it. It rode horribly, the weather stripping was coming off the door, the brakes were lousy, and it cost me $92 in gas to drive 280 miles!

Scott BThe first truck given to me was smoking and had the check engine light on. I drove it home and had to a have roadside assistance come and tow the truck from my house. I then had to rent ANOTHER truck so i could proceed with my plans the following day. This is a huge inconvenience and customer service kept transferring me to several different lines. It made it very difficult to find a solution to my problem which was for me to rent another truck and then have to call customer service. Horrible.
Sarah RLisa, the UHaul rep was absolutely fabulous. She made my reservation and made sure I knew where everything was on the instrument panel (lights, wipers, etc.). No improvements are needed for this location
