When I made this reservation, I was not informed that there were no customer service people at this location and everything had to be done in advance on-line. That was a shock when I arrived to pick-up the truck and then had to deal with u-Haul home office for about 30-40 minutes over the phone to finalize the pickup which was very upsetting.

This was a self service drop off and did not interact with anyone.
It took me well over 35 minutes to get into the black lockbox to access the key. This is an unmanned location, which is not indicated on the website. I called and the lady at the other location said she would try her best to come help me after she was done with customers at her location. She was the only person who actually tried to help me. I called U-haul twice for help and about compensation for the delay and I was told there was nothing for them to compensate me for. U-haul charged my card and processed the rental BEFORE I could even access the key!! I had to call to verify mileage and gas because the system had already processed the rental. I didn't even finish the steps online. Two online U-haul reps seemed like they just did not care. I was out in the cold still trying to access the key and the U-haul rep said the "manager" of the facility said he was over 2 hours away and could not help me; again telling me there was nothing to compensate me for. I finally got someone with me to help me get the lock open. I was delayed almost an hour. I called U-haul again and the appliance dolly I PAID FOR was not in the truck! Not only was a charged for that as well, I also was inconvenienced with trying to get furniture and appliances moved from a second floor apartment. I was given a number to call to get refunded, but the number did not work. The lady, (sorry I can't remember her name), from the other Wetumpka location called me back to see if I had gotten the key. She said she would let her DM know I needed to be refunded for the dolly and see what she could do to get me some type of compensation for the inconvenience I was caused through this rental. Again, she was the ONLY person who acted like they cared and tried to help. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not be using again!

We had to call Southeast for lockbox code. They didn't respond for 45 minutes. We actually uhaul chat to get code. This took 25 minutes. This should have been part of normal check in process.
