I called to change my reservation time to an earlier time with the local pick up place and they ADDED damage protection without asking despite my declining it when I made the reservation. We also paid for a dozen furniture pads to rent. We got 9 pads that were musty and damp inside the plastic bag. I’m very disappointed Uhaul did not make this right! 50 plus dollars was a lot of money for us to swallow for no reason. Very sad!!!!!!!!

The lady told me one price and got charged another. Talked to customer service several times, but they dont seem to care. You are not putting the customer first. sad.

Truck was not in good condition. Inside truck was dirty. Drinks were spilt all over drivers door. Many scratches and dents that were not marked.

Make sure windows are completely up in case of rain. In my case it was raining and driver side window was cracked. I had to sit on jacket due to not having anything to wipe seat. However thank God the seats were leather. Two blankets were left in back of truck and I put them back upon returning truck. Online reservations should be updated in stores system for easier pickups.

To be fare the location had suffered damage due to Hurricane Michael. Therefore my N/A remarks. My complaint was that I was charged for the blankets I rented as missing when they were in the truck. Having to go through the complaint process having gone through the hurricane myself was more than needed in a clean up effort. But it was taken care of and I will recommended Uhaul to anyone.

Nothing. The app was used to check-out the truck on a Sunday when the location was closed, and it was a wonderful experience!

When I picked up the truck it wasn't even registered at the pick up location. It had it in a different town. So the man upfront "pulled the contract" and asked a bunch of questions...go to open the back and there is furniture pads EVERYWHERE and left behind stuff from the previous renter...so we had to get that out just so we could use it..: THEN after using the truck to move 2 hours away, we try to return it at another UHAUL location just to be told we have to drive it back where we got it from because he man never asked me or told me we had to specify "one way" so I got charged $326. What a waste.
