I was charged $260 extra for my truck because the Uhaul website was down and lack of communication from Uhaul to the drop off location. Now I am waiting on reimbursement.

I called to change my reservation time to an earlier time with the local pick up place and they ADDED damage protection without asking despite my declining it when I made the reservation. We also paid for a dozen furniture pads to rent. We got 9 pads that were musty and damp inside the plastic bag. I'm very disappointed Uhaul did not make this right! 50 plus dollars was a lot of money for us to swallow for no reason. Very sad!!!!!!!!

The lady told me one price and got charged another. Talked to customer service several times, but they dont seem to care. You are not putting the customer first. sad.

Truck was not in good condition. Inside truck was dirty. Drinks were spilt all over drivers door. Many scratches and dents that were not marked.

Make sure windows are completely up in case of rain. In my case it was raining and driver side window was cracked. I had to sit on jacket due to not having anything to wipe seat. However thank God the seats were leather. Two blankets were left in back of truck and I put them back upon returning truck. Online reservations should be updated in stores system for easier pickups.

To be fare the location had suffered damage due to Hurricane Michael. Therefore my N/A remarks. My complaint was that I was charged for the blankets I rented as missing when they were in the truck. Having to go through the complaint process having gone through the hurricane myself was more than needed in a clean up effort. But it was taken care of and I will recommended Uhaul to anyone.

When I picked up the truck it wasn't even registered at the pick up location. It had it in a different town. So the man upfront "pulled the contract" and asked a bunch of questions...go to open the back and there is furniture pads EVERYWHERE and left behind stuff from the previous renter...so we had to get that out just so we could use it..: THEN after using the truck to move 2 hours away, we try to return it at another UHAUL location just to be told we have to drive it back where we got it from because he man never asked me or told me we had to specify "one way" so I got charged $326. What a waste.

This organization charged for fuel on my Credit Card even after I had exceeded the amount of fuel indicator diagram on the contract at pickup; the practice by this organization is unethical. They should not be allowed to take advantage of customers in this manner.

It's labor day weekend, so I called and asked could the uhaul be dropped off on Tuesday because nobody was there Monday to check it in because it was a holiday. They said sure just drop it off Tuesday. They charged me for another day. I was not happy because on the phone he was like it was OK because nobody was gone be there on Monday. I was not happy now I'm out of 32.00 extra dollars.

I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul from Donalsonville, GA. The pickup location changed to Colquitt instead. I was NOT notified of this change. In fact, I was told that they had called me and that I had hung up on them. Even if that had been the case (which it wasn't) they should have tried to contact me again. The equipment itself was fine and served its purpose, but the run around and lies I received when picking up the equipment was ridiculous.

Rental agen has worst customer interaction I've ever experienced. Never called prior to pickup. Did call twice, a few minutes after pick up time, Then left business, witj nobody there, for ywo hours. Truck had lots of blankets indide that I hadn't ordered and didn't want. Was told by agent that I "WOULD "transport blankets, as he didn't want to store them. Guy shouldn't be representing a first-class company like u-haul. When I was checking out and payong, agent's helper was smoking. When I complained to agent, he ignored me.

Used U Haul gas chart to fill tank, verified was at 5/8 on gauge, less than a mile from service station to drop off, gas station was on level ground, drop off slightly off level, but was charged 16 dollars for gas. Two witnesses.

My only complaint is that I never received a bill for the charges. It was supposed to be emailed to the same address as this link but it never arrived. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
