Uhaul overall has a big problem. You expect a customer to check in a rental, but you have server issues that don't allow it. Then you have customers waiting 20-30 minutes on a phone to get help. It was pathetic. Guys at frankfort were great. Company as a whole, very disappointing. Please check my call log to view time and length of call and convo. You all have very poor service to a customer and if was made very clear you all do not care. Very sad.

SHARON C.I had called the Uhaul location in Smithfield earlier in the day because my movers cancelled last minute and I needed a truck immediately. He didn't have any, but later found one and called me back (without any obligation to do so) and set me up with a truck in Frankfort. After I confirmed, I got automatically upgraded to a truck in Versailles that was bigger, but since it was farther out, I called to see if I could get the truck in Frankfort. The guy I spoke with in Versailles was also super helpful and gave me some options. I got the truck in Frankfort and when I needed to extend it, I did so online easily. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Matthew B.Just dropped off. Parking the uhaul was a bit confusing because it was hard at first to see that there was a parking spot because the lines were so faint and a fire hydrant was close by, so space was limited. Other than that, the Sunday drop off went smoothly

I called in advance of the reservation because it wasn't visible in my account but I had the confirmation. I got stuck on hold multiple times. I had to call to pick up the truck and then to return it. I don't understand why this issue was not resolved prior to my pick up and then it was still a problem when I returned the truck.

They were harder to navigate than it should have been. Then my final email said my total charges was going to $84 and dome change. Now my bank shows a charge of $110. and some change. No I will not recommend this location at all.

SVEN M.The location charged us more than the website advertised. It was to have been about $30 for that size truck. Then, during Covid shutdown, they charged us $20 after hours fee for the drop off! They weren't even there! I will be going with Ryder next time. This was a rip off and UHaul should be ashamed. We only had the truck a few hours and they charged us $111. And it took me forever to get an itemized receipt to see why it was so much more than the $29,95 plus 0,79 a mile they “advertised “
Alice C.I do not like the online 24/7 share. That was the worst thing I had to deal with. Took me over and hour to pick up and then while drop off steps tells you to enter the mileage when you return tells you nothing about adding a 5 at the end of the input. I tried and tried to enter the mileage and it kelp telling me I was wrong. I got so frustrated that i just about left the truck there.

James H.I wasn't able to use the truck. I did not have a code to get a key, and there was no key left in the vehicle. I will never use the website to pick up a vehicle again. It was a waste of money, lost 47$ because i was charged before i could even start the vehicle up.
Raymond B.Complete disaster start to finish. I called 3 times , my husband once to confirm our reservations. I wasn't able to access the texted link so I was being cautious. Lady was rude and disrespectful. Then morning of , husband drove an hour there and back to only be told there was no truck because they overbooked ! Finally located one 30 minutes away to find out no dolly or blankets I had reserved were all loaned out . Then he drove another 20 miles and finally reached our home with a truck. We will never use uhaul again or recommend them to anyone. Disaster!!!!

Joseph W.The vehicle key would not fit in the drop box. No one was around and the first customer service rep had no idea what to do. It took me 35 minutes to finally get to talk to someone the directed me to place the keys in the visor and leave the vehicle unlocked. I stated that I would NOT be responsible for the vehicle and he would not acknowledge that fact so dont drop off your rented vehicle unless someone is available to check you back in. U-Haul is notorious for placing added charges on your card that are not justified. And even if it's their fault......

After talking with him, I drove straight to his store and when he attempted to print the contract, it would not state the quoted price. After calling someone at corporate and spending nearly thirty minutes on the phone, still without any change in the computer generated contract, he gave me his personal guarantee that when I returned the truck the price that he gave me over the phone would apply. I returned the truck the following week and was charged the best rate price as promised. You can thank Dustin for making this sale, if not for his determination to honor the originally quoted price, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
