Brian was a lifesaver. Google had incorrect information on this location's hours. I showed up when they were closed needing a car hauler. The location manager happened to see me and took the time to help me. Appreciate you, Brian!

The trailer I wanted was there, easy to access and tow away without any problems. The fellow who owned the property and managed the U-Haul business was helpful and knew the ropes quite well, no problems.

Confusing. There are two buildings next to each other. The name of the place is actually Southern Star Self Storage. And when you go onto their website it says they are permanently closed. The key drop box for is by another key lock box. It's confusing.

Well, I didn't realize I was gonna have a chance to comment on the guy that was running the U-Haul place. Great person great overall communicator and had exactly what I needed. Put me in exactly what I needed for the job. Greatly appreciated.. which ever you all Renter experience was this great! Felt like I met a friend.

During the duration of my rental I received multiple calls from customer service changing my drop off location. At one point I was told I'd need to drop it off at a location nearly 2 hours away before I told them there was no way I could do it. There was never a simple interaction with anyone in this area when it came to this rental. Upon pickup the person working at my pickup location wanted to go home early and told me "I'f you're not here in 10 minutes I'm leaving" when I was on time for my pickup. Unprofessional service and unclear communication. Unfortunately I may be done with Uhaul after this.

No one was there due to taking an extra day off for the holiday. Check out process via app went okay.

During our trip we received a txt msg where to return the truck. We brought the truck to the location mentioned in the text msg. I could not use "Return the truck". I called and was told that we needed to return the truck at a different location. We drove to that location only to find out that they are closed and do NOT accept 24hr returns. Also they were closed on Monday (Memorial Day). I called again and was informed to go back to the first location, and they did change the return location via the app. We drove back to the first location and were finally able to return the truck. I would have been much easier to receive a tat msg with the correct return location.

Picked up motorcycle trailer, reserved for 6hrs. Supposed to cost a little over $18. Returned in 5hrs. Got an emailed receipt the next day which said I had the trailer over 30hrs and my card was charged $36.55. Tried calling 3 times, no answer and voicemail box full. I am 40min away from the location so I'm not driving back. I will never rent from that location again. What a scam.

Have the gentleman take his ear buds out of his ears so he can at least greet you and be somewhat personable. Again poor customer service.

It was a little confusing where the office was. The employee did come meet me when I pulled up, but at first I wasn't sure where to go. He was extremely welcoming and friendly though.

I dropped off the uhaul off on Sunday, office was closed. I just put the key in the drop box.

I called the phone number on the door. On the 2nd call a guy finally answered. I told him I was in the yard to return a vehicle. He said, "Ok" and hung up. I had no idea what to do next… Then he walked from a nearby house and squeezed his way through the security fence. He walked to the back of my car to unhook the trailer. I got out of my car and told him he could have at least told me he was on his way. He said sorry. He unhooked the tongue of the trailer and dropped it on the ground and told me I was good to go. I asked him if he was going to look inside of the trailer to insure it was clean and he said no. He did not walk around the trailer. He told me I would be getting an email with my return on it in a couple minutes and turned and walked off. He was very unprofessional and I had better not be charged for any damage or cleaning as there was no damage and the trailer was clean!

No furniture pads included contrary to what was stated, Ubox itself was in terrible condition upon pick up, Ubox arrived a week and a half later than the "guaranteed" arrival date, all uhaul employees I spoke to were unhelpful and verging on being rude. Will never recommend this service to anyone and will never be using again.

Location had a LOT of equipment, but there was only one guy working. The phone was NEVER answered because the poor guy working was too busy on the yard. It took over an hour and a half to pick up my trailer! The worker was excellent and really hustled, but the owner was obviously MIA! But the equipment was clean and in good mechanical shape for my 1600 mile trip.

Since the pick up location was not open on Saturday/Sunday I had to pick up the trailer on Friday, but could not leave for my destination until Sunday. This resulted in an additional charge at dropoff because I could not drop off the trailer until Monday morning.

We had one entire u-box stolen. It took a lot of effort to finally get anyone at Uhaul to listen to us, to realize we did in fact have insurance (we were told we didn't), and to get our case sent to someone who could support us through the long final wrap-up of the issue. It was all a pretty terrible experience during an already stressful time moving our family across the country following pediatric cancer for one of our kids. I just want to cry even thinking about it.

It was a very nice experience and everything arrive a great shape. The couple who delivered it from UHaul were amazing so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for final home delivery, I am in Atlanta. they are Keosha and Allen From On Demand Delivery.

Dropped off after hours and a man approached me after climbing through an opening in the fence and asked for the keys. He didn't identify himself except to say," If you give me the keys I can check it in, if not it will wait till Monday." This approach made me uncomfortable and I chose to leave the keys in the drop box to ensure a proper return.

The phone number provided for this location by uhaul was incorrect. The voice mail system for location did not work properly. No one onsite when returned during regular hours and phone message system did not function.There was another party returning dealing with the same issues.

Uhaul did not provide me with an accurate phone number for this location. It was a very disconcerting way to start this process. Once the on-site manager gave me his correct contact information, all went well.

No information on how to get the car key once I found it. Rented it for noon and was not able to contact the facility due to their phone number being no longer in use. Called UHaul and was told various different information before someone gave me a number to call someone else who then called someone at the facility and we finally got the key almost 2 hours later.
