My mistake was taking the truck without checking the back side of the truck. I just clicked â€˜clean' at the beginning although even driver suite was not clean at the beginning to complete my delivery on time; however, when I arrived to pick up location, I was shocked! Lots of bugs are walking around the back side of the truck, i got in the back, spent a little time to clean the truck then I got my furniture, brand new furniture! I think no one is willing to put any single thing on that truck. I did take couple of pictures, and a short video to record what I have seen in the truck. Truck cleanliness was ok. No wiper fluid. It looked some something had been smeared on the inside passenger side of the windshield and there was dried mud on the floor. It looked like the truck was getting minimum cleaning in between rentals. It was really easy to get the key and return with the app.JOHN V.

Ensure the customer knows that their is a photoshoot of the vehicle in order to return it when finished. Nothing online tells you this and I was 10 mins from the drop off before I had to turn around and go back for pictures. The Business that has them were great they gave me the key to take the pictures and apologized even though it's not there fault. Could say something in the website.Alexander P.

We had to wait for the attendant to wait on at least 5-6 customers throughout the process and then wait on the dolly to be moved out of storage. Having an extra worker up front when equipment reservations are scheduled for pick up with reserved tools ready wood be helpful.CHRISTOPHER G.
Because the transaction was completed on a cell phone, we still have not seen a receipt for the price. We had been quoted a different price on the phone when we rented the truck than we were told at the location. We were also told that we would get a discount for dropping it off at the Hampton location where it was needed instead of the location closest to our home.SANDYSAYLES R.
Truck I was given had a starter issue. After loading it I couldn't get it started. It took about 10 minutes to start. After unloading at our destination, it again took 10 minutes to finally start. At return, the woman working said it shouldn't have been rented as it was returned by the previous renter with a starter issueDavid C.

I declined the insurance. As per usual I set up everything online so I can just pick up the truck, but this time I was told they had issues and then they asked me for my credid card again (suspicious) but I still gave it to them. Then they say its all good and gave me the key so I assumed everything was the same way I ordered it (it was not). When returning the truck I notice an extra charge and yes it was the extra insurance, I told them I declined it and on top of that they didn't ask me anything but they didn't care. I don't mind the charge but I hate how they imposed it, didn't say anything about it and then show how they don't care. Definitely not going back to this place.BILLY D.

I was supposed to pickup on NC-42. Already left my credit card information and DL was uploaded then they email me and said to pick up on NC-242 which is further away. I should have had to pay extra for the miles I had to go from there!! When I got there they said I wasn't supposed to pick up until 4:30 and had to show my email to pickup at 12:30. There was no truck there. She had to call to find out what happened. Then after about 30 minutes standing around waiting to find out what is going on then it shows up and said there was a mix up. Then had to pay 100 up front to hold which they had my credit card info. I wasn't told that. When I brought it back the woman said it was full of gas when we left with it which it wasn't and tried to keep my cash instead of using my card so I had to argue about that too. OMG.....REALLY??? Finally got that straight but no I wouldn't recommend.Karen S.
