I REALLY want to thank Bob at the Cheyenne location. He was a 'God Send' to my wife and me! He was SO very helpful. The epitome of what customer service should be like. I would love to tell him that again.

Brandon NOnline text for rental approval is absolutely horrible. When you can feel a bad attitude through text, it's pretty bad! The lady I talked with at 307-237-5252 (sorry, I didn't get her name) was absolutely amazing! Hands down best U-Haul customer service experience I have had!
Harold TTook almost an hour to do my rental on my phone. Guess the servers were dow, as per usual. I worked at a U-Haul center for years, the system always went down almost every Saturday.
JAYSON NI was charged for a day that I didnt have the truck, overcharged for miles, lied to about refunds of insurance, and just overall I am not happy with uhaul. I would not recomend nor will i ever use thier services again.

I really think he should be recognized for his great work, and the way he runs his business. Is property inside and out very well organized and clean. Merci.
sarah mThe 15' van had a shifter arm selection issue, and the vent / AC fan would work about 1/2 the time when driving. Location representative was told about both issues. Super easy communication, simple pick up and drop off process.

James BI spoke with Maryellen who collected my information to make my reservation. She repeatedly told me the truck i needed would have a hitch to tow the trailer/rv from the location i was in (my stay limit had expired). I was rushing to get the truck, arrived and no one was at the location. The feild manager walked me through the online process and i hopped in the truck. I got 25 miles up the street and realized that i had no hitch and no pin. I spoke wjth Felicia who promptly took care of everything i needed. I was so grateful because i had been crying and was very upset about the whole thing. She did not let that get the best of her. She helped me by being patient and showing empathy. She connected me to another store where i spoke with Lindsay at the main uhaul store in cheyenne and she sent me on my way with everything i needed to. I am so grateful to Felicia and Lindsay for the customer service and customer care. Please give these ladies a raise ASAP!
