michael fGreat support from the staff. The ratchets needs replacing they have not been maintained. People needs to be shown how to ratchet the straps. I had to work hard to unwind the straps from being tangled up in the ratchet.

James KThe only problem, & it was more a financial issue. I feel if I have to give CASH deposit then when I return it I should get CASH Deposit Back. Not put on Credit Card, that I had to have to reserve Equipment. But overall good

david wFacility was not open on Monday for drop off of trailer. Website states it was open. Could not drop off trailer at 11:00 am. Find out from owner of hardware store across street that Melvin the owner of Southwind is out of town. No one was assigned to operate Southwind in Melvins absence. Poor business operation. Had to ask hardware store owner to phone Melvin for gate code so trailer could be dropped off. What a hassle. Uhaul 800 number was no help in this manner.

Walter Di have used UHaul trucks and trailers for years in wisconsin illinois and arkansas. each time i got the right equipmqnt for a fair price in good condition.. friendly service. this time i had to use a 5' x9' trialer with ramp it was a life saver.

MALCOLM MThe gentleman was very kind but did not explain the conditions of the contact to us about the fuel amounts. We were told that if we replaced the fuel to the amount that we started that was all that was expected. When we received the truck it had a quarter of a tank and we had left it on 3/8 of a tank (more than we started with) we were charged with a 30 dollar fee plus 10 for putting the gas back to a quarter of a tank.
Bryan OMelvin went above and beyond to make my rental experience hassle free. The equipment was exactly what I reserved and needed. I will definitely rent from this U-Haul location again. Thank you, Melvin!
