Too far from home as I live in Glendale Heights had to backtrack to Chicago to pick up grandchild from apartment at North Park University. Had to use mobile app to pick up truck for one way rental before rental facility opened, GPS on app said I was at wrong location. Had to call for assistance to get combination for lock to retrieve key to truck while standing out in rain waiting on hold for someone to pick up phone. Not a good start.Dwayne D.

No good place to leave a 26 foot truck. No one on site to help. Then have to do the check out process online and take photos yourself very inconvenient and overall lack of communication about the type of location you're dropping off at.Tom D.
When I was initiating the rental I was asked if the truck was clean or not. The cab was awful but there were several food/candy wrappers on the floor, coffee stir sticks in the cup holder, coffee stains in the cup holder, dust on the dash, stains on the drive and passenger side doors and a very large brown liquid stain that was inside the box truck on the passenger side wall. Going through the prompts during check-in it asked the question about vehicle cleanliness and so to make sure I wasn't going to be responsible for someone else's neglect I clicked "not clean" or "no" (sic) but then it asked me for photos to which I attempted to take about 5 times and each time I allowed my iPhone to share photos but the photo screen just stayed black/blank for minutes at a time. I was getting pretty frustrated and then decided to finish the prompts to get out of there as customer service waits on the phone were extended and I had already wasted enough time - having my wife and kids get in our vehicle to drop me off and wait for me to get the truck out of there (20min was my limit). I not only wiped down a portion of the vehicle cab with Clorox wipes but I picked up the last person's garbage on the cab floor and under the seats. However, I opted to NOT clean the brown liquid stain on the passenger side wall of box truck. I've taken pictures and videos of what I'm referencing for my own record but I found it very confusing how the only part of the check-in process that didn't perform up to par was taking photos of the mess?! Now one thing I learned during the check out as I also had some technical difficulties was that when I downloaded the app it fixed those technical issues - so possibly during the check in process as I went through it on the web and not on an app this was why the photo part didn't work? - I'd be curious to know that. I also want to use this review to go on record regarding the cleanliness (or lack thereof) in the vehicle I rented. The online pick up process was exhausting for my rental. It took 20 minutes to verify my rental before I could access the vehicle. When leaving it was unclear that I had returned the vehicle. Overall the rental was great but the online pickup was frustrating.Sean W.
Make sure the drop off location isn't going to be closed for the holidays, so the client doesn't have a nightmare with rude customer service agents while trying to return the truck.Anne L.

Easy pickup and drop off. Only issue was someone had parked in the available spaces (see photos provided) so truck had to be left just outside lot on the street.Peter H.
