Change the disposition of the lady that works that location. The hand truck in the rear that is attached with a plastic band that is as thin as fishing line does not retain the hand truck when going over bumps. Subsequently you get charged once that plastic band breaks as it is assumed you have used the 2 wheel dolly. I personally think that is already factored into the process and is a given that band will break. The 110 dollar cleaning fee seems to have come out of left field and wasn't mentioned as a potential charge. Again, one of those other questionable fees. In short, make your customers aware that cleaning fees are a potential and what metric is being used to justify that amount. Put a more robust band on the 2 wheeler that doesn't break on the first imperfection on the roadway, especially if the truck has nothing but leaf springs and no air ride.Joseph M.
The associate at the time was rude coming and going. I walked in with a smile and saying hi. I was met with stern I am on the phone. I didn't even see that. It was down hill after that. She is a rude individual.Ursula S.

The level of customer service at this location is awful. If you are running a facility and a customer is right in front of you asking a question. The customer should be acknowledged instead of walking past them ignoring them due to the single fact that the facility doesn't open until a certain time. This was my exact experience. It was literally 850 am the location opening time on the door indicated 9am. I was having issues with the mobil check in The facility operator was riding the golf cart to the front about to open. I said good morning i have a question and instead of being acknowledged or simply responded to she proceeds directly into the building locking the door behind her. I even knocked still nothing.... it wasn't until a 2nd facility operator came up to the door at 858am to open the door and informed me we dont open until 9am. If this was not an emergency situation i would not have rented from this location. If the rules are you dont acknowledged customers until exactly 9am then you should ensure you do not encounter them until that time. The only reason I would ever visit this facility again is because of proximity to my address and to save money on rental milage fees. I would never recommend this facility.QUESISHA M.

This was a awful experience. I have rented uhauls for years check my record. This here was beyond the poorest experience I ever had from the begining to the end. I feel she was racist and it showed thru the way she treated me never once walked over the truck as my husband went to the back she slammed the hatch down we didnt get a check to it out also it was damage to the mirror she didnt even inspect rhe truck amd provide poor check in instructions and she didnt care about providing customer service. I will never go back she also put erroneous charges to my bill ans billed me she is a outright thief. Uhaul pull her contract dont let her represent your brand the name you have created she is a very poor representation of your company.RAYMOND W.

The front desk staff Dorothy was the most unprofessional front desk staff I have met in recent memory. I am not exaggerating. When I requested her that there was no need for the rude behavior, she doubled down on it. Started becoming condescending and said, and I quote, "keep talking and you won't get the truck. Since I didn't have time to find another truck and didn't want to sink to her level I simply let it go. She also provided me misleading information to force me into getting the insurance, which I later came home and found out was not needed as my credit card provided that insurance. She said, and I quote, " if you don't get this insurance, U-Haul will come and sur you if anything happens." This is frankly untrue and coercive business practice. I think such poor unprofessional and coercive behavior is hurting U-Hauls image and business. Next time I will book Penske or hotwire, etc. Good luck with your poor staff.Abhi M.

The mobile app isn't in sync with the app at the office and my experience on my last rental was after working hours; sheer frustration. I just couldn't upload the pictures until I got home and then drove back, it sucked that I was charged for that and the refund was never processed.RYAN C.

The truck was filthy inside and out- REEKED so badly inside I had to drive with windows down - it's baffling that during COVID- there were used water bottles and food in the driver pocket I discovered driving it back to my house. There was sticky stuff all over interior and steering wheel. I spent 45 minutes wiping up. I am disgusted by this- and called to report to customer service- was on hold for 1 hour but did report it same day I picked up. Upon returning- using the app I said it needed to be cleaned- it CHARGED by ME a cleaning fee- even thought received FILTHY and UNSAFE- I'd like to be reimbursed- please adviseJuliana E.

The lady In front was very rude the day of my arrival. I was 9 minutes early. I saw her walk out and lock the door, she had to go check the van after someone had dropped it off. I walked up to her as she was going to the van to ask her a simple question about this ERROR I saw on my U-Haul app as this Error I have never seen before, it said â€œthis equipment wasn't assigned to meâ€. Okay no problem but I stopped her just to ask and she turns around with a face like uhhh you see I'm busy type of face. After that she said I'm checking the van, and as I was talking she kept talking over me and stopping me from just talking, I wasn't mean to her at all. I had no intention of having an argument of her being rude. She then says OKAY and walks back in the store WITHOUT checking the van. Sits in the office for 6 mins and walks out the other door and then checks the van. Don't know if she was messing with me or telling someone about the incident but I can not believe the way she handle her job. God bless her if she's going through something but I didnt deserve that. I left my car and house keys in the uhaul after I had locked it and out the key in the lock box. I did not realize it till after. Also, PLEASE BE AWARE, IF YOU RETURN THE RENTED UHAUL AFTER BUSINESS OURS (even if it is within your allotted time/rented), YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE YOU DO NOT GO ON LINE AND COMPLETE A RETURN FORM. Still have no resolution because customer care could not help me kept referring to location of drop off.
