The person who took the reservation didn't ask if I needed blankets. I assumed wrongly that there would be some blankets in the truck but when we got to out destination we found there weren't any. Luckily we weren't far from the pick up location and they said we could take as many as we needed. Merci.

Steve and Pam PhillipsAs I stated above, once again ON ONE was at this location to talk to. I had to call a corporate U Haul number to make sure it was OK to leave truck. Very difficult to do business with U Haul. Next time I will at least check with one of U Haul's competitors.

Thomas HarrisonI reserved a truck for Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon with virtual pickup. This location called me on Monday and said I had to pick up the truck on Monday afternoon and could not return it until Wednesday. They said I wuld still be charged for only one day because the truck could not be returned on the holiday. Then I was charged for two days and the location could not help me to correct it - directing me to contact the 1-800 number instead. The truck was is great shape and the representative at the storage shop was nice. There appeared to be a good selection of trucks available.
Richard FormanThe location had to change our early morning truck pickup time due to space constraints at their location. It should not be an option to book early if the site cannot accommodate it. They communicated the change but I would have liked to know the constraints before I booked.

Wanda ThompsonThis location is listed as a 24/7 location allowing online check in and pick up. However, this location is only available for pickup during their normal working hours. Very disappointed.
Joey WoolbrightI had a reservation for Sunday September 11, 2022. When I arrived the place was closed. There was a sign on the door stating they were closed on Sundays in August and September. But it did not state that on the website. I made another reservation for Tuesday when I spoke to the attendant about it she told me that it did say they were closed on the site which was a lie. I returned the truck after a few hours. She did not immediately check it in so I assumed what I paid was it. She checked it in that evening. And then rand my card again this morning for the additional mileage fees. That should've been done as soon as I turn the truck in. U-Haul guarantees your reservation or pays you $50 I would like my $50 thank you.

Sherri PutmanI called 3 times to update Space Shop on my pick up time. I left 3 voicemails, none of which were returned. They cancelled my reservation instead of contacting me. In the end, they had a truck, but it was avoidable stress.

Godfrey WilliamsTruck that I reserved was not ready at the specified time of 10 am. I was told it will be 1,3 pm. I came 1,4 pm but truck was not there either. Luckily they had a smaller one came and was available. They gave me the with no charge. Everyone may experience a problem. The question is how are you going to fix it. She was an excellent problem solver. I highly recommend this place.
