Staff was very helpful and friendly. One of them had the car hauler all ready to go and helped us hitch it up. The trailer was in excellent condition and performed well. We absolutely will come back when we need to rent a truck or trailer in the future. Well done!

Your pricing model makes no sense. How do we sign up for a $39.99 truck, drive about 10-15 miles total but end up paying over $200? Either this is a massive mistake or such a scam.

Renting was last minute, but even then, when I booked online it was very transparent on what was available. I began my online rental process about 5 minutes away from the rental place, and before I got there, my booking was confirmed. When I walked into the office, the agent was quick and efficient. The whole process from placing the rental to driving away on the uhaul was 15 minutes. Their policy for after-hour returning was very accommodating. Thank you Uhaul!

The truck was junk heap. Your pricing should be more reasonable. You have all these additional charges. It is just outrageous! I will go to somewhere else next time!

The truck was extremely loud, and when I picked up the 15', it smelled like smoke/vaping, and there were cat hairs everywhere. The cab was not well cleaned. I will not be using an unclean uhaul again.

We tried to rent a Uhaul in South Jordan via the online system. The computer said their was a problem, but would not tell us what the problem was. When we tried to check the next day, we had no reservation and had to do the reservation over the phone for a location farther away in West Jordan. We got a call that morning and were told we had not truck, but could pick one up in American Fork and she would give us 50 extra miles. Instead the reservation was for Spanish Fork and she said the clerk could add 10 more miles on (even though Spanish Fork is more than 10 miles from American Fork), but the clerk couldn't add the extra 10 miles on.
