The location is not easy to find and it is quite crowded with stuff. After being there once, it is fine and gets the job done.

Justin AI would change your method of taking payment my credit card has 4 different U-Haul charges you took money, gave it back, then took more money twice. my card should only be charged ONE time not charged then refunded then charged again it’s pretty stupid
Jared HNo places to park trailers. The personnel there are focused on the other business operating there and seem annoyed at dealing with U-Haul customers. I was told to park the trailer between two cars where it wouldn't fit and no maneuver space. I will never deal with them again.

Arthur SYour size dimensions are misleading on the uhaul the website. I expected a fifteen foot truck and was very surprised and concerned to find that a fifteen foot truck is measured from the moms attic space to the back. So it was actually a 12 foot truck. Moms attic is not "extra space". Everything worked out, but I feel your advertising is deceptive.

Chris PTruck had a check engine light on and had just over 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. I wish U-Haul would charge customers who return trucks without refilling them and then use that money to make sure the truck is full for the next customer.
PETER SWhen opening the trailer I rented, it had a large trash bag in it full of trash with gold fish crackers all of ther trailer. It smelled like a dump, likely due to the trash bag. I had to get rid of all the trash to utilize the trailer.

PETER SI didn't love that we were charged for 3 gallons of gas when we drove a total of 5 miles. That seems disproportionate. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Steven FThe truck wasn't ready for me when I came to pick it up. I had to call into support, who told me they couldn't do anything. I then manually took a guess at which truck should've been mine, found it, found the keys, and got it assigned to me through support. I also had set my dropoff location in a different city. For some reason, when drop off came, it made me drop it back off in the original location, adding an extra hour of driving to the end of an already long day. Really bad experience overall, would not use again if I can avoid it.

Jose GThat back lot is a mess, especially after a rain. Doesn't need to be paved, but leveled and some rock would make it a lot nicer.
Jacob KMobile check-in was not good. We had to wait an hour for the business to open up so that we could get in person help. The employee told us this happens to people all the time. As soon as someone showed up the service was great and we were on our way, but we would not recommend doing the mobile pickup.
Sadie CI used to rent at another dealer in Spanish Fork but every time I picked up a truck it was almost out of fuel. Not the case at Point S and I love that.

Joy PDon't rent your tow dolleys with straps that are so so so unbelievably short and dangerous. This was a nightmare to move. That dolly is unreliable until it's fixed. The customer service representative was great. The equipment was awful.

Glen GPrices per mile are very steep, especially on wkends - $1,29 per mile is very high and customer replenishes the gas too (.99 mike on Mon-Thurs)--it cost me over a hundred dollars to make 2 quick trips 12 miles away in a 10' uhaul truck. I found a Penske rental closeby for 59cents a mile.

Travis BI returned the trailer on Sunday when the Spanish Fork location was closed. However, they quickly updated the U-Haul system on Monday to let all parties know that I had returned the trailer.

Brian WDrop off location was small and I was unsure this was the place until I was right on top of it. There should have been a sign close to the road or a neon sign. There was another business in the same parking lot and it made it confusing. Did not look professional. But other than that it was ok.
