Jon DPlace was closed by the time I dropped off my pull behind. I was having extreme difficulty getting the equipment off from how it was put on at pickup. The owner of the drop off happened to dive by and saw me struggling and stopped and helped remove the equipment. He gave advice on how to remove in the future if needed and the place was closed.

David SDon't change a thing!--now that I've found my "Go To" Uhaul shop. Owner Tim and Operations Manager Dawn turned my much dreaded moving day into a happy memory. Business owner (myself) moving back to area after 33 years (Chicago&Detroit). I am always thrilled to find the T-county business owners and staff who are truly (still) all about serving their customers, thus their (our) Community at large. I'll be renting moving vehicles through Tim's Uhaul store again (many more times). Knowing I never again have to stress-out about figuring out which-where to go for the Rental vans frees my mind to focus on the (big picture) Moving Plan (Chicago to beautiful T-county!).

At corporate that cancelled my first reservation because i did not pick up the truck on time and then i had to pay extra to rent a 26 foot truck that i dif not need all i needed was a 15 foot truck she was very rude and mean a d hung up on me you do not need people like that working for you or in a position that has to deal with the public!!!!! Give her a mop thats all she is good for because of her i will rent someplace else in the future

Richard HI love this place. Soar parts storage is my first pick for any u-haul things in the area. They have lots of trucks, easy return and very friendly staff.

brian sTruck drove and functioned mostly fine. Rental was during November. Trip included Colorado and Wyoming. Vehicle was not properly winterized. Windshield washer fluid (filled with only water?) froze when the temp went below about 20 degrees. It got down to 2 degrees with snow and slush. Could not keep the windshield clear to see out. Had to buy a spray bottle. Wiper blades also needed replacing, driver side wouldn't sweep cleanly, it chattered and left streaks making it hard to see out.
Scott JThe guy that manages it was very helpful and he made sure that everything got figured out because the store I picked it up at in Canton made it a mess. They showed pictures of the truck looking really nice and when I got the truck it was missing stickers and I had some Nicks. He ripped my debit card out of my hand, never said please or thank u. EWWWWWWW HOW RUDE
Brandy BVery helpful staff, both on the phone and in person! I reserved online but had to call to fix an error in the reservation and they kindly corrected it with no problem. When I arrived I was concerned about the size of the van, but the woman was very reassuring. I was worried that the van was too short but I was wrong, and not only was she right but she was kind. Thanks for a great experience!

lillan lEverything was great,except for the major parking lot drainage issues. Any amount of sustained rain left the parking lot flooded and reaching the door of several units and it entered into my unit on several occasions but I had the important things stored up off the floor. Pot holes I understand but without drainage I'd hit the larger ones and it was annoying cause some of them were rather deep.

Todd TDropped the truck off at 5:15 on 27 Sept. 15 minutes after the office closed. The truck and dolly were due back at 7am on the 28th. I put the keys and contract in the over-night drop box as instructed. Today I got emailed a receipt for 3 extra days, charging my credit card 172,94 claiming I didn't turn the truck in until 30 Sept. This is clearly incompetence on someone's part at the Spare Parts UHaul facility . Either for not checking the drop box or failing to complete the transaction in a timely manner.
Steven OEven though our pick up got changed and we had mobile pick up which was not fixed and carried over to the new location the employees were very helpful and fixed it quickly.

Elwood KIt's located behind some storage units and is not readily visible from the road. Maybe signs would be helpful. Very friendly and competent staff upon pick up and return.
