The location where I pick my trailer up from was very slow spoke poor English took 45 minutes to figure out what they were doing. They were no help with the hooking up of the trailer or dropping it off the location was in side of a convenience store so every time a customer come in I had to wait longer.
Kevin CNeed to make sure all tires are properly inflated. I just happened to check them before leaving the next morning after picking trailer up. 2 of the 4 tires were below 30 psi. Trailer was returned better than picked up.

BARBARA LThe equipment is not safe and secure. It's a gas station so there's not really time for the attendant to deal with the UHaul side of it. There is not another person they're helping. It was a waste of a lot of my time
Lashonda GThe employee took care of checking our information on his computer just fine. But then it took almost an hour for him to find keys after several phone calls to his employer. Then there weren't enough furniture blankets that we had paid for which took another phone call from the employee to UHaul customer service. That ended up requiring a separate phone call by us to customer service to find more blankets that we then had to go get from another location before they closed for the day. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!
Tara KMake sure if a rental is ordered that it's ready for pickup. The trailer we needed was blocked in by an RV that was inoperative, so my wife was delayed in getting the trailer on time. The folks cleared the way, but should have done that before my wife arrived, since it was a scheduled pickup.

Timothy BGet agents that understand AMERICANS! People from India do NOT understand us. We want customer service, not an ignorant, lazy, unprofessional who only knows how to direct us to a website.
Kevin AI was not furnished with the dolly that I paid for, and it was pouring rain and where the truck was parked I had to go through a huge puddle of water to get to the door there for I was drenched getting into the truck.

jamie gThis location didn't seem to know much about the Uhaul equipment. They didn't hook up the trailer and check to make sure it was hooked up right and they let us leave with no trailer lights because they didn't have trailer light hook ups nor did they have any moving equipment to use for packing.
amber qShe wasn't helpful and wanted me to check it in by myself saying her system was down. It wasn't, just took her a couple minutes. Location looks unkempt and abandoned.
john jI rented a dolly also that we did not get. The person that helped us wouldn't speak loud enough for us to actually hear him. I didn't realize it was a convenience store we were getting it from.
Lavona WThis location was easy to pick up and drop off. It has gas pumps at the location so it was convenient.
Holly STruck was filthy in the cab and there was moving equipment left inside the cargo area. Had someone not been honest the equipment could have been taken and no one would have known.
KEIFER UWe rented an auto transport along with a truck. Everything was fine until we hooked up the auto transport and the trailer lights weren't working. The location was helpful and tried to troubleshoot the issue by swapping out the wiring harness between the truck and transport. Ultimately the problem was with the truck's electrical system and had to be diagnosed/fixed at the 1000 13th street location. The truck was loaded, so switching trucks was not a very good option. We had a 2 hour delay, but Denise took excellent care of us, so we're overall satisfied with the experience, but I wonder how many previous renters must have driven with no trailer lights before our rental. To be clear, the locations did their job and did it well, but U-Haul should have a more rigorous quality control system to prevent these issues in the future.

Dora oI don't know if it was due to it being out of state but the cashier had a difficulty finding the order to receive the vehicle. He was nice and made a phone call to make it happen anyway.
