ROBERT QMaybe just do a paper pre-inspection of the vehicle instead of the app because the app is a little buggy and I couldn't finish the process even after completing all the prompts but the service rep was very helpful and friendly. Great experience overall.

MICHAEL CMy reservation was changed last minute to a different location. The truck windows were filthy. The attendant was nearly a half hour late opening the office, both on the day I picked the truck up and the next day when I returned the truck to the same location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient when he arrived but we had a long hard day of moving ahead of us and we were up against the clock, so a late opening was frustrating and inconvenient. I won't use that location again.

I didn't have a really good experience with so it was good to have this experience with this gentleman I would definitely recommend your company and this location to pick up things.

ANDREA AA little congested area, small with little area for growth, but the only location that had the trailer I needed. All others had a larger alternate size
EDWARD MMaybe when picking up the trailer the customer is given a printed paper with the date, time, and address of the drop-off location. The paperwork was all communicated by email. It was later difficult to find and read on my phone.
Les OThe Equipment was nice and clean. The customer service was top notch, the staff is communicative and knowledgeable and go above and beyond! We'll be back if we ever need anything Uhaul related, THANKS!

NATHAN MI would love to give a 5 star for my drop off location, but sadly we showed up a little before drop off to make sure we were there on time and ended up being there for an hour waiting for someone to even show up. We had to even just end up doing the online return because no one was there even after they were open. It's very unfortunate because I had such a great experience driving the U-Haul acrossed the country. It was honestly the smoothest ride I've ever had.

Eddie SThere was a mostly dried liquid spill in the truck and had to travel over an hour both ways to a second location to pick up some of the equipment.
DALE BI wanted a smaller truck but I had to get the bigger one and I only had it from like one to 530 and got charged 250 bucks. That was my only complaint cause I only had it for a couple hours.
TIFFANY STelephone communications were hesitant and unclear. Seemed like the place was operating out of someone else's garage. employees were late opening according to the opening hours posted. Very nice guy when I met the person helping. Friendly knowledgeable but the phone conversations were disjointed and didn't give confidence that they knew what they were doing.

JOHN CExceptional customer service, will stick to this location for further Uhaul needs. Made me feel comfortable with the truck I was renting and put me in a vehicle I had no problems driving. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

GEORGE BBasically there was no contact with employees. The check in process was entirely on the customer. Oh yes, they did manage to charge an extra $59 because my 3- day rental was 1 hour late. Return time was 9:13am, I arrived at 10:01 and then began the "self-checkout.". The information for the return location listed 10:30 as the opening time. This leaves a very bad final impression! It will be interesting if anyone from u-haul or the location contacts me about this review and the circumstances. I'm guessing not. If I'm right, don't also be surprised if customers are not interested in leaving a review.

Melinda AThe lady we picked up the trailer from was too snarky. The trailer was all beat up and the hitch system on the trailer was garbage and rusted out. When we picked up that trailer the lady couldn't find us a drop off location so we had to find one on our own by our destination. That's about all that needs fixed. Below average service I'd say. The nicest part of the rental was the blankets. They worked well.

Monica DRented a 26' box truck and the right rear wheel hub or brakes leaked grease or brake fluid all over my driveway. They should have never had a truck with this kind of problem go where it makes a renter have to deal with oil stains. Expensive to remove. Also made the move more difficult and inconvenient to load/uload. Second time in 3 year I have rented U-Haul equipment and have been screwed with stuff moving trucks and trailers that had no business being on the road.!!!!
Jeffrey DIt was a little difficult picking and dropping the truck off on my own. This is the first time I've experienced it this way. It made us a little late and we even came a half an hour early. Overall, we loved it. Great place to get a UHAUL.
Maddox COur checkout agent said we could drop off anywhere, but I had to drive 40 miles round trip to return trailer, all other things were excellent

KANATIP KThe ramp was not the greatest it was short, steap and made moving the bigger items more difficult. I have rented 26 foot with normal ramps and this was maybe half the length. But other then that, everything went smooth.
Brandon HThe 20ish girl that is running this outlet was very unprofessional, rude and had no customer service skills at all. When I went to pick up the truck she proceeded to yell at me because I was 45 min early on picking up the truck, because she was busy with other things. We decided to leave and come back, but when I came back she decided to argue with me again. The next day we were going to be 45 min late dropping it off. She called me and demanded we bring the truck back immediately, because she had to leave for the day, which I kindly explained I'm sorry we are running late to drop off and when I bring it back I can deposit the keys in the drop box. She was very unhappy and angry, and then ended up hanging up on me. She was very unprofessional, and should find a new job somewhere else where she doesn't have to deal with providing good customer service. I am also going to contact the owners of this outlet. I definitely think management with U-Haul should look into this because she represents your brand, and I do know that over the years I have rented from U-Haul quite a bit and this has never happened before at any main haul store or branch outlet. Wyatt MDropped truck off by 2:25pm on 4/10 at this location, when office was closed for lunch. My card mistakenly charged an additional $40 plus tax for extra day by "Brett", who did not log in vehicle return until past deadline time. On 4/10, I reported this to Kaylee at pick up location in Henderson, NV, who said they could not issue credit at that location, and had her manager call corporate who was supposed to call me. I never received that call, and charge has still not been reversed after 6 days. Please correct this ASAP. Merci.
