The car hauler driver side ramp wouldn't stay on and actually came off when unloading. The passenger side wheel net strap was too short the the wheel and I was unable to ratchet it. Down

Make sure the alignment is good on the vehicle before you load up and travel any distance. It was horrible driving from Tx to Al in the truck fully loaded.

The customer should be able to select the time needed for the piece of equipment. Not be price gouged by forcing a pre determined number of days for the rental. The other option is to refund the customer for early drop off of the equipment. If I didn't have to work late on the original return date I would have just kept the equipment out of spite until my return deadline to keep you from double dipping on rental.

The hours published suggested it was open when we returned the unit. However, we saw signs of no one. There were not directions or signs to guide, so we just guessed and did the best we could. I am hopeful we do not get charged the $20 the contract contemplates for dropping it off "after hours", because it wasnt, but no one was there!

Need better instructions on parking is only allowed behind the facility. Pulled in with a 26' truck & realized could not park truck in front. Had to wait on someone to arrive to help me back into the busy street so I could pull around behind the building.

I wish I could remember the name of the Woman Employee, she was professional, polite and pleasant. This was a surprisingly easy transaction. Would absolutely recommend her and uhaul in the Waco, Baylor University area

Computer should show wheelbase of vehicles as mine wouldn't fit. Otherwise great customer service

Lights were not operational on the trailer and no way to repair. Stephanie was polite and offered to reimburse. I needed a trailer. Was directed to a nearby UHaul location to fix the light problem. I know liability is a concern but better coordination between UHaul dealers would promote sales and customer satisfaction.

I dropped in without a reservation early on a Sunday morning. The manager was very friendly and helpful and got me on my way very fast. Terrific service!

When we arrived at 10am, the establishment was not open. I called and the responder informed me they would be there in ten minutes. When they arrived, they informed me that the truck I reserved was had not been returned. They offered a larger truck for the same price. When we inspected it, there was a padlock on the rear rollup door. The attendant was going to unlock it but never did. Therre wasn't any review of the charges or any paperwork, I was told it would be e-mailed to me. After leaving the site I remembered that the lock was still on the door so I returned to the site to have it removed. The establishment was not open. I called and was informed that they had no way of removing the padlock. I was told to take it to another U-haul establishment, and they would cut the lock off. I was offered a day of free use for my trouble. When I arrived at the other U-haul establishment, I was informed that they had no way of removing the padlock. After several phone calls and threatening to return the truck one of the attendants at the other U-haul establishments retrieved a bolt cutter and I cut the lock off. After returning the truck and checking my e-mail I discovered that I was given a free day of use, but I was charged for Safe Move, which I assume is insurance that I declined when I made the reservation. I was charged for all of the miles driven on the truck even though about a third of those miles were from driving to another U-haul establishment to have the padlock removed. Overall, the whole experience was upsetting and disappointing. I think I was overcharged. This was not the location that I had requested to rent a truck from and due to the fact that the location I wanted to rent the truck from had several trucks the size that I wanted, I don't understand why I was sent to different location. The next time I need to rent a truck I will be looking into other options.

Terrible experience. Owner of franchise was noticeably high and remakes of Marijuana. She wouldn't get out of her car and made me come to her car and it smelled of marijuana. She called me 5 times prior to the pickup time asking when I was going to come because she wanted to go home. Tires were low on air, I had to immediately drive to put air in them. Truck wasn't clean. Truck only had less than 1/8 tank of gas. Owner of franchise was very unprofessional and not friendly. Worst uhaul experience I have ever had

Definitely more expensive than the other locations, and I rented the same U-Haul truck from another location for $56.00, and not to mention for a longer period of time. And here it was $110.00, that is definitely way overpriced!!!

There internet was not working. They had to us my hotspot. Also, i denid insurance for trailer on reservation amd guy added it. He didnt now what he was doing i had to help him with the computer after i gave him my hotspot.

I Recommend putting in moving blankets. If used charge the user. Its nice to have this avaliable incase it is needed.

The local manager (corporate) called me to complain about Ms Stephanie, which was extremely unprofessional. I had updated my rental with Ms Stephanie, but corporate had changed my destination to another location without explicitly telling me. This felt like: - a bait and switch on my rental - complaining about a franchisee to a customer, which is frankly unacceptable Uhaul is built on franchisees and their customers. Corporate should be training regional managers to respect their customers and franchisees, not bash them or harass them on the phone.

They are trying to take money from someone that I use they card to purchase the uhual with. They is getting very frustrated about this situation I wish you guys would stop trying to collect the money off they card please.

I was charged way more than I was to be charged. I drove 10 miles and returned the with the gas exactly where it was when I left ( I took pictures with the time) and was charged a 30 dollar gas fee plus the gas charge. I called the manager of the location and sent her the picture which she said she would fix and when the payment posted still was charged a gas charge and for gallons that were replaced. Cost more than the actual rental. Never had this problem at any other locations in the past.

I made reservations in person at one location and did not like having to go to another location for pickup! Then the reservation was messed up when they called and told me I had to pickup it up at a different location! I had to call back 4 times to get it corrected! It was very frustrating!!!

Jose (from the other location on Waco Drive) went above and beyond to help me get the right rental at the right price. It seems I made a mistake in ordering and he found what I needed even though availability was limited. Much appreciated!

I had a horrible experience with my move! Uhaul caused me a lot of time lost and I was paying workers. Equipment wasn't available to pick up twice. Drove around trying to find it. Sent to several locations. I prepaid a reservation. Should of never happened. Then I rented a trailer the next day and same thing happened. Then I didn't get the dolly and pads Prepaid for and then got charged an extra $100 on my card after the fact fir no reason and O have to call to find out why. Ridiculous experience.

I was over charged for gas and the company lied about how much gas I left in the uhaul. When I arrived to drop uhaul off at location no one was there and it was during business hours

Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out last minute and I can't thank her enough. She was absolutely wonderful and really helped me out of a bind. I would recommend her location to anyone and everyone in need of a Uhaul rental.
