Its was a very horrible experience i spent 30 min trying to get in the truck and 2 hours trying to return the truck befor locking the door and just dropping key in mail box on was the truck was dirty had food and pet hair all over it hano gas in the truck i would never rent from them every again theirs no direct number to call the shop there seems to be a mechanic soo attached to same building that said the uhal owners are never there only good experience was the movers they supplied tj and george

The actual mileage was never checked, so I feel I overpaid based on the estimate. I gave a higher mileage than I was expecting so I wouldn't be under, but they charged me the full initial estimate without checking.

because they allowed a man to sign for a contract that was not in their name. they used my email address which did not belong to the person renting.

Everything was outatanding! ,John was super help and answered all my questions! Then when I picked it up,lady with little girl was so helpful and kind! Excellent Service

Have more rental equipment in the store such as hitches, pins, lights…etc.

I wanted to rent to haul a car from Houston to bay city (I live in bay city) and I wanted to rent the equipment in bay city and return it at bay city. The lady I spoke with told me that I can pick it up at Houston and return it on bay city and it would be the same. When I pick it up on Houston I was told that the price would be the same if I return the rental at Houston or at bay city. When I return it I check prices on the website and if I haved return it as I wanted in bay city I would have pay around $70. And I pay $230 because they told me it would be the same. If they would have let me do it like I planned I would have so much money. I'm very mad about it and would not recommend it.
