Not just this location but several within a few miles that I went looking for the proper trailer. It was not clear where the desk for the transaction was located and it turned out to be a gas station. Person responsible was not easy to identify and less than interested in the transaction. Had to get on the phone with someone offsite to rent the unit over the internet apparently, which I tried to do before I gave up and went on a physical search. The online app was less than helpful.

There was no one there to hook up the trailer for me and I am a women and can not lift a 200lb trailer by my self. Also it was located off the pavement and there a drop from pavement to the gravel where the trailer was. Thank goodness a customer at the station saw me struggling and helped me out. Also the lady who handed the paperwork was not in so I had to talk to her on the phone and give my personal info as well as my cc info on the phone on the middle of the gas station

Not overcharge them like i was overcharged and have someone that knows what they are doing the customer service was horrible. I will not recommend that location to anyone and i will never use them again!!!!

Go elsewhere. Nothing was ready I had to wait for the lady to re print everything I did online. Did not have the equipment or supplies I needed. Office was behind the counter in some gas station, dirty and will never use this location ever again.

U-haul trailer was parked behind a 10 inch concrete drop off. Literally had to pick up U-haul tongue and pull up over to concrete. Then, once I hooked up trailer I had to get tires up over the 10 inch drop. Location had plenty of room to park trailer ON the concrete, not behind it. They did not even check to see that we had hooked up the trailer correctly. No service at all. The trailer looked like someone had hauled an engine in it as there was motor oil on the floor. Not good for me when I used it to haul furniture.

They were not even there during regular business hours and the phone number given was never answered. I dropped off the trailer at another location. I will never use UHAUL again and I will forever trash UHAUL on the net, every chance I get. Bad business. An icon in moving has become a slime con gamer, ripping "families" off. Shame on UHAUL.

Had a 26’ truck reserved for 7am. The location told me they don’t do U-Haul rentals until 8am. Had to call another lady, who spoke poor English, to get the truck released. Set my move back nearly an hour. I also had equipment reserved that I was informed wasn’t available when I arrived. Making my move much more difficult. I would have given 1 star, but they did manage to have the right truck, so...there is that.

Manager was not available, lady behind gas station counter wrote down the information. For a receipt, I received a hand written note on a torn piece of paper. My personal belief is they did not represent uhaul as well as others

Took 30 mins for them to figure out how to do paper work, and then no one to help hook up trailer. (But one of the ladies that worked there tried to help me). I currently have 2 charges pending on my credit card and have not rec’d confirmation that they checked it back in.

I had to use them due to the fact that the place I was supposed to use would no longer take UHaul's. It was an after hour drop off and the man who was there was no helpful and semi rude. I returned the trailer on Saturday, 8/4 and they did not log it in as returned until Tuesday morning. This was a major concern for me. I will not recommend them to anyone because of how the transaction was handled.

Uhaul's customer service SUCKS! Spend a little more and rent somewhere else. They wasted almost 10 hours of my day and paying people to stand around because I was chasing equipment. Uhaul had me go to one dealer that was closed for the day twice, then another to get the truck, and then another to get the dolly. Then the next day they sent me to yet another dealer to get the auto transport that had to be worked on before I could leave with it 2 hours later. Uhaul cost me at least $150 in labor just standing around and acted like that's just part of life.

They need someone who understands the equipment to help people hook up car haul trailers. If I had not watched the video I would not have known how to do it. I would have liked someone to check that I hooked it up correctly. Hauling a car on a trailer can be dangerous if not hooked up correctly and I would recommend you not let this site rent them anymore until they have some employee training.

The Uhaul representative was incredibly slow. Took 30+ minutes to retrieve paperwork for a reservation that was already completely done online. She was interrupted frequently and got very rattled each time. In addition I had to pick up and attach the trailer without assistance; she commented "there is nobody". As a 60 year old female, it was very difficult to do by myself. FYI, a very dirty Citgo station.

I was responsible for parking and unhitching the trailer by myself, and then was responsible for finding something to block the wheels to keep the trailer from rolling down the hill. The employees were not helpful.

Have someone that can take care of the equipment. I was told he did not know how to change a brake light that was out and that he didn't know you could get a ticket for a light being out. I was also given a contract to sign for $39 and then charged $115 for taking a trailer to Miami. The trailer was not taken to Miami and never supposed to be taken to Miami.

This location was fine, however it was NOT the location we were promised a truck at. We got our confirmation, went to the reserved location and no one was there. (This is now the second time this hs happened to us with UHUAL). The place had closed, and even if they had been open, they did not have the right size truck we rented. UHAUL helped us locate another truck that was relatively close by, but the customer service was terrible from UHUAL. They did not care that this was costing us extra money as we had hired movers by the hour to help us load and unload the trucks and really didn't do anything special to help compensate for our troubles. The district manager we spoke with hung up on us and was extremely rude. We are very disappointed in the customer service we have received the last two times we used UHUAL and will never be using them again.

800 miles no AC! Vendor in Calera Al hwy 25 was a complete asshole! Had to go to 4 different "Uhaul" places until I could finally turn in my rental in KC! Super pissed, won't use Uhaul EVER AGAIN!!!

While we were there waiting forever to be waited on someone's car got stolen. Very poor service and u-hauls rates are easy to expensive for services like this.

The reservation was made for 9am. When I called Sped Trac for directions, and mentioned pick-up at 9am, the woman said she did not open until 10 am. Why would Uhaul use a company where a customer could not get a moving truck until mid-morning???Why was Uhaul not aware of the Saturday opening time of 10am and erroneously schedule my pick-up for 9am. Completely incompetent way to do business.

The man that waited on me was RUDE. He told me he could not give me anything saying that i had returned the trailer and would not sign my paperwork saying that it had been returned. He did not offer to help me unhitch and return the car trailer. He just said "wait" and left. So I unhooked trailer and he came back and said "No, you can't leave it here". I told him that he should have helped me and he said "I don't have anyone to help" He was there as well as two other people. We have used this return site several other times and we always were treated with respect. In the future, we will return our rentals to another location.

Rented a truck and auto hauler. Essentially no help with hooking up the hauler. No safety checks. This was not my location of choice. Truck that I received was new but leaked inside the cab when raining. Overall bad experience.

The owner of the gas station is very rude!! I filled the truck up with gas at this location and she tried to not give me my change back from a $20 bill. I will never choose to use this as a drop off location again.

The owner was not pleasant at all one of his employee took care of everything for me we had trouble getting the car off the trailer and the owner came looked at it said there was nothing he could do and walked away but his employee got help from someone she knew to help get my car off the trailer,the owner there was very rude..

There was no one on location. To rent me out a trailer. The cashier had to call his wife on his cell phone and hand me to the phone to talk to her. She did she already left for the day even though it was well before 6pm and the website said it closed at 7pm. she could not find my reservation even though I had the number sent to me via text message prior. I tried to rent from the Pelham Hwy store and received a text to go to this location. It took over an hour to rent my trailer over the phone. She said I would get an email. Didn't receive email until two days later (rented on Friday evening, did not get email until Sunday). Luckily it was only $15 to use but it was quite a hassle. If I need to rent one again, I will be using a different venue. She was nice and tried to be helpful, but it was all just a mess.

Booked the u haul two weeks before pick up and got a call the day before I was suppose to get it saying the truck I ordered wasn't and wouldn't be at the location I requested. So I had to drive almost two hours there and back to get a truck.

The truck leaked when it rained and got two boxes pretty wet. You could see where someone had attempted to repair it with caulk. I have no idea where the ineffective repair was done.

The trailer I picked up was absolutely filthy inside,automotive grease,& broken glass was all over the floor! Fortunately I was at a location where I could scrub it clean,before I put household furniture in.Not to mention, on top of this- the deplorable odor of the GREASE! This was the only trailer they had available.

Well it took the lady at least 45 minutes to pull the web site up and get us a truck, then we got the truck and it would not start at all, so then we went back inside and they gave us another truck. But when we returned it this morning, they still haven't checked it in and give us our receipt for what it cost us. I have never seen anything like it.

Learn English, not try and reject my drop off until I prove that I'm at the correct location with paperwork, not ask for my cards security numbers so that you can save it for later so that you can call your wife and have her generate a charge at a later time, don't keep my paperwork and refuse to return the paperwork I brought into the store because you don't have your act together, and finally learn to read a gas gauge and mileage indicator (half a tank looks a lot different than a quarter tank). This was the worst Uhaul location I've ever been too. And that's saying a lot since I've moved 7 times and always used uhaul.

Absolutely horrible location, horrible customer service, and horrible experience! When we arrived to return the trailer, the two clueless and lazy girls behind the register said they had no idea how to remove the trailer from our car and just went back inside to left me and my 18 year old daughter to just figure out how to do it. I had to ask a complete stranger, who was getting gas, in dressy work clothes, to help. My daughter ruined her new shirt trying to help the stranger by getting the grease from the hitch on it. SHAME ON YOU UHAUL for not making sure your personnel are adequately trained!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

They were not professional. Other locations always have a person to load the trailer on my vehicle. When I got to the drop off location, they could not check the trailer in until they contacted Uhaul, because the pickup location did not do their paperwork correctly.

This location is in a gas station / convenience store.. it would have been very helpful to have 2 employees... however the one employee was very polite and social which allowed the few extra minutes waiting between customers to pass

Poor service in picking up and returning truck. I was treated last in both cases even though I was in line ahead of other customers. Uhaul business came after liquor business. When returned, I had to leave the vehicle and wait for them to process my paperwork at their leisure which I believe resulted in an extra day charge. Returned the vehicle before noon and paperwork processed after 2pm. Gas level on paperwork differed from actual gas gauge.
