Did not have floor Dolly like I asked. I also had to wait 20 min while she wad busy texting on her phone. Poor customer service. I will look at another company if I move again or refer a different company
terrance sanderfordThe truck was not clean when we picked it up. I made the manager on duty aware of this. Also they tried to charge me some crazy amount for fuel. Never again will I use this location.

david garciaUpon return they were rude and didn't really want to assist. I couldn't get the contract closed out until Monday, December 18, 2023 after 8:00 a.m. When I called on the 18th at 8:10 a.m. Colby hung up on me telling me it wouldn't be completely closed out for another 30 min after I returned the truck at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023. I found out on. Saturday after I returned home that there was a charge of $2,1 from March 11, 2023 for tolls at 230 a.m. and the truck was not being driven at that time of morning especially through tolls unless it's from a previous renter.

Robert DuffThe U-Haul truck that I rented was dusty on the dash of the cab and it was evident that it is not cleaned between rentals. The A/C also did not work and just blew warm air the entire time. It seemed like there was a problem with the alignment as the wheel shook the entire time I drove the truck. I was able to get what I needed done but it was a hot day and no A/C was the icing on the cake.
Aaron Johanseni am a young woman who was moving my stuff to a storage on my own with my aunt & brother . i had to knowledge of "checking out " the vehicle but it was dropped off on time & the gas was filled to the top which was more then it was when i got it. and still got charged an extra day. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER .

brian NorrThe folks at Speedee were great. They came through to help when the U-Haul app and website kept bogging down. Fix your app so it responds. Only issue with truck is drivers side mirror won't stay in place.

Jerry AyersThe truck was filthy - melted candy and wrappers in the doors, sticky console, trash on the floor - and, did NOT have a full tank when we picked it up. Plus, this location was not a COMPLETE self serve location and we were given an incorrect code to a lock - not allowing us to pick up the truck to the next day. Raychell did her best, and I appreciate her help, but the overall experience will NOT allow us to rent from this location or on a 'self-serve' basis again. The app NEVER worked correctly AT ALL - and even Raychell said it never does. Very disappointed and we spent quite a bit of money.
TERESA YATESI was over charged , I only drove 20 miles I was charged for 30 miles , Your insurance was forced on me despite my having my insurance on me. In fact I have tried to send an email requesting my refund . So am using this opportunity to request my refund
