Have the equipment at the location it was originally reserved at. We had to go further to pick up our equipment than intended the 3td time. Also need to be certain that the equipment is not blocked by employees vehicles. Both during pickup and drop off their vehicles blocked access.CARL J.

The vehicle was a death trap! The people who run the place are really friendly, nice and helpful. It's only the vehicles they have are really damaged or are in bad driving conditions. The 26 feet truck I rented made terrible noises even before the ignition was on. As soon as you stepped on the brake it made a noise like one accidentally honked the horn of a car from the 50s. The gas mileage was 5-7 mpg and the vehicle was overall noisy & bumpy. I am certain that the engine is in horrible condition. However, it looked clean on the outside and inside.ABHIJIT M.

truck was dirty and dusty. The drivers door did not close all the way. the cabin lights stayed on the dashboard saying the door was ajar. safety concerns!AMBER M.
They did not have the furniture dolly I reserved. When we reached our destination in the truck, we found out the business had not provided the reserved furniture blankets in the back of the truck, necessitating a return to the business to retrieve them, which in turn increased the mileage i had to pay for. No where to park my car so I had to get a ride to the store. Truck was out of windshield washer and window was filthy. A/C needs to be Checkedâ€"hardly worked and today was HOT! This location was great! But when I placed the order it was supposed to be at the Millard location. I got a call early in the week that it would not be there and that I had to go to the Bellevue location. The person that called me was not helpful at all!! The truck I rented had 8 more miles on the odometer than what was on my paperwork. I told the attendant and he said he would account for it in the final billing. I was still over charged for the 8 mile difference. Can you please have this corrected? Other than that the experience was fine.Austin R.

I would set off a bug bomb in the back of the truck. There are some huge cockroaches that come out at night in the back, particularly near the over cab area. I stopped by on Sunday of memorial weekend to make reservations. I was told I could do it on-line or come in Tuesday. I went in Tuesday and was told it could only be done on-line. Personnel were friendly and easy to work with.Jody M.
I made a reservation and an hour before I called to see if I could go 30 minutes before to pick up the truck and they told me that they did not have the truck because the person who had it before decided to deliver it later and they did not notify me. If I had called, I would have wasted my time going to pick up the truck; And that's not rightJOSE S.
This location is a joke. I will never go to this location again. Your website is a joke. Offering all options on any truck rental ,confirming the reservation with me then altering ut twice. Downsized my teuck from a 26 ft to a 17 and 2 hrs before i picked up the truck was downsized again to a 15 ft. Lousy service. The kid didnt even know what he was doing. Also overcharged me for the gas usage. He told me he was teying to make sure i wasnt overcharged and then charged me double. NEVER AGAIN. I have never had so many issues with a truck rental any other time at any other location. I have rented teucks from uhaul at least a dozen times over the years and this was a nightmare. This gas station should be removed from service because they are really giving your company a bad name.MICHELLE V.

I had chosen to get my uhaul via the online pickup option. When I went in for the keys, The young man thought he had to dispatch me a truck so there was some confusion. He called his boss and had him talk to me on speaker phone because I wanted to make sure I was taking the right truck. I had my phone saying to take one truck but the boss was telling me to take the other and I wanted to make sure I was getting the right one and wouldn't be charged for both or have an issue because everything on my phone was different. The boss was rude and belittling to me on the phone, telling me I â€œshould have just come in to set it upâ€. In the middle of a pandemic I try to do my part and do things online and this man is telling me different. I felt bad for the young man working because he truly was trying to figure it out without making me feel like it was my fault, like his boss did. I will never rent a uhaul from them again. I also tried to contact someone from uhaul during this incident and received zero help. I have rented from uhaul many times and I don't think I ever will again. Such a long, frustrating process where I was made to feel like it was all my fault and like I was an idiot.Margaret K.
I rented a uhaul here for a day. Returned it hours before the time I set, handed the keys to two workers and asked if there was anything else they needed from me. I was charged an extra day due to the fact that the workers didn't check the vehicle in until the next morning and charged me an extra day with the protection plan again. Highly unsatisfied that I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes with customer service to get my situation fixed due to lack of responsibility from the employees.Kristina H.

The Uhaul I originally requested was not available so, I was given a special offer of a 17' truck with unlimited mileage for 40 $plus ins and tax... Got to the Uhaul place that I normally do business with and was told I needed to go to the location on 25th and Capehart Rd. Get there, had to wait because the attendant was indisposed...then he finally gets out and pulls up the order and reads the balance due of 129 $and something...I am like wait a minute here...I then explain to him the deal that Ruth had quoted. Somehow my original order of one day turned into three days, the original was going to be dropped off in Lake Manawa IA. The attendant said no it will be returned here. He then calls the corporate office and speaks to Ruth, anyway Ruth then "fixes" it..."Not" still comes up with over we 100 $so now my son (Joseph Allison) the driver gets on the phone. Finally we get somewhere. By the way do they inspect the trucks regularly? That truck was awful! We were barely hauling anything and it struggled. Then I received a text message confirming the order and it said returning to Lake Manawa, IA...yet another phone call to corporate and get the drop off location changed to Cashflow Billing in Bellevue, NE which was closer in the first place. Needless to say Cashflow Billing in Bellevue, NE is and will always be my go to place to rent in the future. Hardy with Anders automotive failed to produce inaccurate reports in regards to turning in the truck I reserved. I turn in the truck on time beforehand in between the the set date and time that was scheduled for turn in before facing extra charges. He failed to verify that I turned the truck in there for the following business week when he submitted the reports the system would charge my debit card for additional days of use when in fact I turned the truck in when it was due. My bank statement suffered a hefty charge on top of the charge that was actually due for extra use of mileage. Hardy is very nonchalant and dismissive of the habits to be inaccurate and Jen preparing information that puts the customer wallet at stake for hefty chargesISMAIL Z.
