Don't change the pickup location the day of and then on top of that, don't change the pick up location to an establishment that closes at the time I was supposed to pick up, leaving the customer to sit on the phone for an hour and then making them call back the next day as well because their reservation has disappeared. Luckily your customer service was very nice because so far using the app has been an absolute nightmare. Also pick up locations should be trained on the procedure for pickups and drop offs to make it a little easier on the customer, because none of these people have had a clue on what to do and I've rented two trailers in the past month from multiple locations.
Daniel GurleyTruck not maintained: Tire pressure not active alert on display did not allow me to see odometer. Do not do their job: I calculated 32 miles on Google Maps; they charge me for 107 because they didn't update mileage before me. Basically called me a liar. Dishonest: Initial contract showed day rate of $19.99. They billed me showing a rate of $89,99 per day. This is a rip-off. This reflects back on U-Haul as a company in general. Will never use again based on these actions.

I will be submitting the hell that this past 10 days has been dealing with U-Haul reservation (joke) it's more like we'll hold one until time to pick it up and then we'll send you 15-25 miles away to get it while customer pays extra miles and their hired labor sits waiting at the customers expense.
Sara AitkensStop giving away trucks from underneath people. I have had my pickup places changed the last minute and today. I had a truck from 9am to 9am tomorrow. I told man at speedys I'm not sure exactly what time movers will be able to do today. He said no problem, the truck is yours from Sunday 9am to Monday 9am. Yet. No truck. And I can't afford to take Uber 20 miles to get truck Then same 20 miles at 0,79¢ a mile. Then 20 miles back to drop off at 79¢ a mile and Uber back.
Sara AitkensExperience was great , other than the mileage was wrong , when I returned , online it said we went 61 miles , we went less than 12. So just make sure you double check mileage and take pictures after you arrive to every stop. They fixed it no problem what so ever , so they were absolutely amazing about it. Would definitely use again.

Audra KennedyMy trailer drop off / return was so fast and easy. I literally walked in and showed them my recipt and basically was able to unhook and leave. Their parking lot is huge, which helped me because I'm not the greatest trailer backer upper! I will us this location again when I need any trucks or trailers.

Sharon HalbertThis was an absolutely horrible experience once again with uhaul. I will never use this company again for moving. It's unreliable. I was told to drive to 3 different stores to pick up an auto transport trailer. Each place being at least another 30-40 min drive away. This took up hours of my time and cause my travel time and had a negative impact on my entire move.

BRANDI TUBBSOur rental had two leaks in the roof and leaked water all over me for the 10 hours of rain that we drove through on our 22 hour drive. It soaked through 4 towels and my shirt was completely soaked too. The equipment was NOT up to standards. We will not be renting from Uhaul again.

As a woman I was concerned that this might lead me to be stuck on the side of the road. So next time I suggest that they fix this. Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience.
