The original drop off location I had was at the Drumbo service center. Not sure why they are a UHAUL dealer?? When I got there they stated that the "UHAUL guy" would not be in till 4 or 5 or 6pm that day. I required a return on my deposit as I paid with debit. They said I could drop the trailer then come back in 3 or 4 days to get my deposit back. First thing that pops into my mind is if I do that, I might as well forget about my deposit. They sure did not have much good to say about being a UHAUL dealer and showed a lot of attitude. Got set up with another dealer with the UHAUL service call guys ( they are top notch to deal with - only have good things to say about them) Called the second dealer - they did not have room for a trailer. Got a number for the third dealer. Took the trailer there and dropped off. Took a bit of time to get everything processed and get my deposit refund but eventually was on my way.

Wes MLocation was able to overcome the problems experienced with the app. The app was an awful experience. Very slow, had to retake pictures over and over and then did not approve.
